MissDFitt!! So I read the very first page of journal and skimmed the rest. I think you have done awesome. I like the fact how in the begining you were more focused on your strenght training. I use to be the same as you, way back then, when it came to dieting. I remember I would basically eat nothing and work my ass off. I lost alot of wieght quickly. But the minute I had something to eat it put the pounds right back onWell, I am just stopping by. You have a good day and dont forget to Drink your WATER!!!
