Out of the 5 people or so from the movie that actually attempted the workout, I think the best time was 18 minutes or so.

Supposedly the guy who was the leader of the Spartan ally group.
 
Hey Evo, what are the rest periods like for the 300 thing?

Cause I know that I'd probably be closer to puking than hitting 50 reps of a friggin DL.

Well, I'm usually using around 30 seconds to just under a minute of rest periods. I'll usually use around 30 seconds of rest while doing a movement and a minute rest between movements. Example would be it takes me 3 sets to get the 25 pull ups done, so I'll take 30 second rest intervals with the individual movements and then take a minute rest before moving onto the next movement.

It takes me around 30-35 minutes to get this workout done.

Cool. I will try that Wednesday night! I am such a mushroom sometimes.... I haven't even seen the movie.. Good grief! I'm in for trying this regimen though.

Awesome. I really enjoy the workout. I'm aiming to do it every Friday. I found I had to up teh weight on a few movements to really feel the impact of it-deadlifts at 185 instead of 135, box jumps with 10 lb dbs instead of empty handed.
