I just started going to the gym, today was all cardio for me, i ran on the treadmill for 1 hour then used other cardio machines as well, alltogether i was at the gym for around 3 hours.
Tommorow im thinking of only weights and machines that require me to do like situps or lift myself up and such...
and then the next day cardio again
and so on for many months.
Is this a good workout? what should i do different?
Also, how many calories should i lose? i am 15 years old and 5'5
