is this a good bulking routine?

Im tryin to bulk up. basically eating as much as i can (healthy stuff) to get enough cals, carbs, fat, and protein. but i still need a good routine. definatly wanna do free weights and compound exercises for now. heres some of the exercises i have in mind:

Monday:
bench press, dips, straight arm pullover

Wednesday:
deadlifts, stiff leg deadlift, powercleans, military press, bentover rows, upright rows

Friday:
Squats, hack squats, abs

Saturday:
30 - 45 min cardio

does this look alright? too much or not enough? anything i should add or get rid of? should i do them in a different order?

Thanks for all the help guys. this site has helped a great deal.

Looking good and great job identifying the big basic exercises first!

I'd rather see this split though, so you aren't hitting lets in two consecutive workouts.

Monday:
deadlifts or power cleans, stiff leg deadlift, bentover rows

Wednesday:
bench press, dips, straight arm pullover

Friday:
Squats, hack squats, upright rows, abs

I'm not sure what kind of rep/set scheme you are using, but this split should serve you well, no matter what.

Maybe put in some military presses, and perhaps some calf raises.. Those were the only two areas I didn't see anything for.. But looks like a very solid, to the point routine. Another good compound exercise is the pull up, maybe alternate that with your upright rows.
