Cardio should be done before weightraining. I always do cardio before weightraining. If you do cardio after weightraining, then your muscles will be tired and in risk of injury because they need rest.
So thats probably why I have not gained much muscle in certain areas of my body because I do cardio first.
I want to clarify this - HIIT is perfect for being in soccer shape right? Soccer is a mixture of running, sprinting, and walking (mostly running and sprinting)
