progress

When i first started it, i can bench 90 lbs, now i can bench 150 lbs, but How often should i add the weight??

add weight in small increments over time

and of course make sure you're eating right and working your entire body and so on and so forth

Hey man, I've only been oin 4 months more than you and I weigh about 165, I DO NOT like benching(meaning I dont do it a whole lot lol) and i can do 245 or 250, and im 16. I also know a guy who weighs 185 and can do 320. So ya, definetly, you can DO IT!!!

Holy CARP CrowTR!? You're 16 and can bench 250!?

-__-'

Well, I'm 16 and can bench about 125lbs.

I began weight training about 4 months ago. I started off with a max of 45lbs. Since the 4 months I improved slightly. Well, 80lbs, but it is very possible to bench twice your weight. I am 118lbs and bench 125lbs. I'm not quite going for 250lbs, but you can certainly do it, like Merik (I'm gonna refer to your as Merik Mreik :p ) said.

GOOD LUCK! :)

Actually, I was talking about Marvin Willis (his username)...Mreik too? Man you guys are insane...
