Hi, everybody, i been working out for around 8 months now, and i've seen great result ever since i started i am just wondering if its possible for a 140 lbs guy bench press 240 lbs??
Hey man, I've only been oin 4 months more than you and I weigh about 165, I DO NOT like benching(meaning I dont do it a whole lot lol) and i can do 245 or 250, and im 16. I also know a guy who weighs 185 and can do 320. So ya, definetly, you can DO IT!!!
I began weight training about 4 months ago. I started off with a max of 45lbs. Since the 4 months I improved slightly. Well, 80lbs, but it is very possible to bench twice your weight. I am 118lbs and bench 125lbs. I'm not quite going for 250lbs, but you can certainly do it, like Merik (I'm gonna refer to your as Merik Mreik ) said.
