I can't believe my efforts are finally paying off! I'm still very fearful that everything will stop again but here's to discovering new lows on a scale!

I've been eating really well calorie wise and also lots of fruits and veggies, but perhaps not getting enough protein and calcium. Here's what I had yesterday:
*2 chalah rolls w/ butter
*salad w/ romaine, carrots, cucumber, feta cheese
*fruit salad
*shake: cucumber, water in blender
*10 Club crackers w/ spinach/feta spread
*almonds
*almond milk
The scale was at my new low. Hope to see 143.5 lbs soon (????).
