Did 30 mins fast pace on bike 387cals

......30 mins on threadmill 192 cals

Ate CRAP today and getting weighed tomorrow. LOVELY.



dreading it because i know i will be up a couple of pounds at least:( FML


I feel like i will forever be in the 15 stones club:( xx

What's stress do? It makes you eat, gain weight, age faster, etc etc.. it's not good for anything!


You know how many times I thought I'd never get that 200lb mark? Especially after only being just 1.5lb away in January of this year before stumbling and indulging on junk food, then slogging through a 9-month plateau right after? Yeah, I thought the ol' FML thing quite a bit from time to time, BUT.. the key is to just keep on going

I had a few real crap meals (one on Wednesday especially.. fried shrimp, thick fish filet sub, fries... tasty! but blegh.), but you can always make up for it the next day by a number of ways: drinking a lot of water, intensifying your exercise, reducing your calories (but not too much).


All I know is it'll all work out in the end for you, Princess! Just roll with the bad days and focus on how many good days you had, and will continue to have in the future

Ate 1580 cals today. Went to the gym and did

the bike for 30 mins 440 cals burned

threadmill 20mins 120 cals burned

crosstrainer 10mins 110 cals burned

Haha so much for being on a roll Lucy, guys broke out slightly last night, when i say slightly, i dont mean by a small bit, what i mean is that there was potential for me to SEVERLY break out but i thought to myself ' guuuurl, dont be a whale'


Anyway broke out with 5 slices of dominos pizza, a chicken nugget and garlic dip.


But today was a good one, consumed 1272 cals, went to the gym....

did 25 mins walking fast :238

20 mins cross trainer: 367

15 mins bike: 170


Total cal deficit for the day: 1700


Getting weighed tomorrow, hope its good news:)
 
GUYS I AM OFFICALLY IN THE 14'S STONES... cannot believe it.


IVE LOST 40 POUNDS SINCE I BEGAN.


I lost 4 pounds since friday:) Gym plus drinking water must have helped. I now weigh 14.13:) I started off at 17.11 so i am 2 pounds away from offically losing 3 stone. EXCITEMENT


On a bad note, didnt eat to good today:( Tomorrow is always another day:) xxx
 
Congrats on losing 40 pounds. That 200 barrier is in sight.


More importantly, how do you feel? I'm guessing you probably feel worlds better than you did before.
 
Thannnnnnnks guys:):) ye are all so kind. Ive been eating very bad since my last post due to stress, ive an essay due monday for college and i havent a clue whats it about:(:( will post monday evening:):)


Mr Vee to answer your question, yes i feel unreal!!! i feel so much lighter and smaller in myself its crazy, especially considering im still about 50 pounds overweight lol!!!!
