Ahhh, stop stressing, my dear!
What's stress do? It makes you eat, gain weight, age faster, etc etc.. it's not good for anything!
You know how many times I thought I'd never get that 200lb mark? Especially after only being just 1.5lb away in January of this year before stumbling and indulging on junk food, then slogging through a 9-month plateau right after? Yeah, I thought the ol' FML thing quite a bit from time to time, BUT.. the key is to just keep on going
I had a few real crap meals (one on Wednesday especially.. fried shrimp, thick fish filet sub, fries... tasty! but blegh.), but you can always make up for it the next day by a number of ways: drinking a lot of water, intensifying your exercise, reducing your calories (but not too much).
All I know is it'll all work out in the end for you, Princess! Just roll with the bad days and focus on how many good days you had, and will continue to have in the future
