AHey sweetness, just caught upva wee bit with ur diary :) you've been doing so well lately I'm so pleased for u that ur feeling skinner and better :) keep it up darling.
I went to the pics to see the help. I also cried. It's disgusting that racism in that degree is so recent in American history. I want to read the book as well but am currently reading the 50 shades books. On the 2nd one now but think I'll give up...I don't like it.

You are doing great....Congrats on the returning to your pre exam weight, and also keeping your cals under controle even during you TOM that in itself deserves a trophy!!! I remember working in retail....some days it feels like all the rude customers made an appointment to show up at the same time!!! Keep it up you are moving forward!!!

Well hello you guys!:) Consumed 1097 cals today, delighted!!:) Did 10mins of exercise today, and 30 mins of walking. GO ME :D.... hopefully tomorrow i will have increased my exercise but i can be such a lazy beatch. So we'll see;)

Walking is Exercise! In fact, Walking is one of the best exercise for weight loss. It is much better than lifting weights or doing other exercises that beef you up. Way to go on the cals.:hurray:
 
Heeeeeey guys.


Ate super clean today, so that's a positive. Since i try to be honest in my diary to ya'll everyday, i have a confession. Last night, after completing a perfect day of eating i couldnt go to sleep. I went downstairs and ate half a bag of jellies, big bar of choc, a cheese sandwich, 4 biscuits, half a bag of crisps and a cup of tea. All while watching jersey shore. I am so ashamed of myself, but i have realised that its close to imposible to eat healthy if your sleep pattern is all over the place, which mine has been for the last 2 weeks i say.


Delighted to have gotten that off my chest...phew.


Anyway today i consumed 1245 cals, and tomorrow is my weekly weigh in so fingers crossed:)

Aww, don't fret about the little binge :(


I've been hitting those a few times these last few weeks, coupled with the fact that my faithful treadmill of 3 years became thrashed, the results have NOT been good :(


But, it's never too late to try again! Just pick yourself up and continue on :)


I was pretty frustrated, but now I got a brand spanking new treadmill, I'm mentally adjusting to the rigors of my new schedule, and in time, I feel the stress will dissipate (or at least become more manageable)!


You're doing great, as always! Glad to see you still have that lovely positive outlook on everything :)

Binges happen....and you right....it`s not easy to eat clean when your whole schedull is out of whack! You admited and you found where the problem was! That is all part of loosing weight!
 
Weigh in day today, and i lost 6 pounds. DELIRA. Was 16stone 11 pounds last week now im 16stone 5:) So happy:)



Today i consumed 1230 cals and walked for 20mins. It hasn't stopped raining in Ireland for the last 4 days. Mank!
