Consumed 1280 cals. Weigh in day tomorrow and i don't know what to expect. I still have my periods.


Oh well, i will let ye know anyways tomorrow the verdict:/

Lost 5.75 pounds this week:) delira especially since i had my periods this week, i am back at my weight before the exam stress!!:):) Having an off day today regarding eating healthy!

noparsnips: I know, the poor man. But it just shows, no matter how much weight you lose, overeating is a struggle everyday.
 
So day 2 of eating good, and i feel way slimmer. My problem in the past is that with every 1 step of good eating i take another 4 steps back, i plan on eating good till the 17th. On this day i will treat myself to something nice as im meeting up with a dear friend that i haven't seen in a good while!


Anyway i consumed 1245 cals today. Hurray. Did no exercise today though, oh the shame.


WELL TOMORROW IS ALWAYS ANOTHER DAY!!

Thanks noparsnips, mainly walking too but i like dancing also and doing weights ( saying that i do zero exercise ha)
 
Good 4 U! I know what U mean about 1 step forward & 3 or 4 back. That was my downfall last year. It has only been 1 week but so far I've only taken a baby step of 300 cals back.:driving:
 
Hi Princess, I'm doing well thanks sweets, but have had a couple of days off eating under my cals. Time to give myself a gentle kick up the derriere now though & get back on track. Sometimes it's good to just take a breather, without going overboard. When you meet your friend on the 17th isn't there "something nice" to eat that isn't really high in calories? Or could you share a dessert that you fancy with your friend. If I was meeting you on the 17th we could have a healthy entree or small meal & share a small, but delicious dessert & still enjoy ourselves I'm sure. I had lunch with my Mum yesterday & had a hearty Mongolian Lamb soup & then we shared a gluten-free chocolate brownie. It was delicious! I cut my half into small slices & made it laaaast. It is very satisfying mentally to have a little of something that you love, without the guilt of having over-indulged.

It's great that you are feeling back on track. Speaking of exercise though........I had better get moving myself! xo Cate

Well done on the calories, it shoes how your keeping your focus up, so even if you didn't get to exercise, you're still being vigilant and that's half the battle.
 
AGreat job on your calories! And exercise is something I really struggle with.... I just hate it so much..haha! You're doing great though! Good job! :)
 
Day 3 of eating good, and my pants for work is hanging off me ha!! Weird, its not like i lost 3 stone ha. I have consumed 1234 cals today. SO SO HAPPY. I really want to stick to my plan now, i feel so much slimmer and feel better in myself not eating rubbish.


I saw the movie The Help last night, wow... it was FANTASTIC. There was so many tears, such a moving story


Todays exercise included 30 mins of dancing. YAY.

Good Job! Yes I am determined to lose the rest of the 100 and keep it off. My new Rotation is making it a lot easier for me to stick to my diet.:driving:

Craving chocolate so so bad:( Its crazy


Consumed 1340 cals today, abit more cals consumed than i liked but i felt extra hungry today.


Had the most annoying customers at work today, they were SO RUDE.... the joys of working in retail
