Irishprincess weight loss progress!!

Guys i created a Christmas Challenge in the Club challenges section! I think it will keep me in contol of what i eat from now to christmas time, or as seth cohen says in the oc Chrismukah! Im super excited already and i havent even lost a pound since i created it hehe!:)


Thank you all for the kind supportive posts!:) Today was a good day eating wise, THANK GOD. So so happy that i was able to contol myself around food. I ate 1461 cals today= success.


I dont want to break out on my diet for about 12 days!! So i hope i can do this!! College was abit boring today!



This is what i ate today:

apple: 55

2teas: 80

2 sausage: 340

1 egg: 105

bread: 165

beans: 190

rasher: 95

2 d.cokes 3

maltesiers 110

popcorn 153

fruit biscuits 165

Lol I just wrote out this long post to you then realized it was all in french! So here I go again in English this time! I love that you are honest about your bad days! You some on here and says it, then move on! That is great, Many people just hide it and then think if they only know it doesn't count. Keep being this is honest, it's the road to success. Think about it, you didn't get to the weight you are now in one day, so going down to the desired weight will also take some time. I know you have it in you, I can feel it! Do you still write down what you eat, I had stopped doing it but now I am starting again, I find that I stay on track when most of my calories are from proteins, they keep me full and satisfied for longer, it's not only about the amount of calories in a food but also what it contains. I am gonna do your christmas challenge........all signed up, kinda thing. I have never done one of these challenges on here. I just post on mine and others diaries. I'm actually really quite excited about it. AND i have set my challenge as my target weight!!!!! How awesome would it be if we could all do really well and reach what we want to by christmas.
 
Hey guys!!! Just checked there, and im delighted about the positive feedback about the Christmas Challenge!! Im super excited people are going to do it, because i cant wait to do it myself. I know its just what i need to keep me motivated from now to end of the year:)


Bad news though: weighed myself and i now weigh 228.5, i've gained 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks because i was eating like a heffer. So now i know, I MUST CONTROL MYSELF.


Today i had another great day eating wise. I consumed 1495.5 calories!:) All my family are getting take away for dinner tonight and it was so hard to say NO but then i thought of the Christmas Challenge and i was like hell yeah i want to reach my goal!!!



Today i ate:

Fruit buscuits: 165

diet coke: 1.5

fruit drink: 15

Sweet: 14

Nutri grain bar: 185

Catch choc bar: 240

2 slices of ham: 46

2 slices of bread: 190

Mushrooms: 70

Pepper and half: 45

Leak onion:10

chicken: 468

oil: 45


IM FEELING SUPER POSITIVE GUYS! Hope everyone had a fab day eating the healthy stuff!x

I beat ya. I gained 10.. lol. :blush5: It'll come back off though. We can do this! :)
 
Oh kate don't stress too much about the 6 lbs, you will lose it again. This Christmas challenge was what we all needed! Sounds like a few people have been slacking lately! I gained back the 4 I lost, so i'm right back at 220. We can do it though! Great job on eating so few calories yesterday. You are back on track love!:hurray:
 
Ah today, today i thought i cpnsumed great calories until i counted them up:O Well i have all my food consumed for the day yet im stil starving! Ugh but i cant eat anymore food for the rest of the day which SHUUUUUCKS.


Anyway i consumed 2196.5 cals today which is still a 600 cal deficit from what my body can eat.


Just again reminded me today that you constantly have to watch what goes into your mouth!


Okay so what i ate today:


2 peppers: 45

Chicken: 468

oil: 45

leak onion: 10

mushroom: 60

1 potato: 110

chips: 290

carrots: 50

cabbage: 40

gravy: 40

wedges: 200

stuffing: 30

chicken bite: 12

Okay i adit i should not have had the chocolate!!

How are we all??!! I was starrrrrving today. I consumed 2475 calories, went for a walk for 2 hours though so i burned 719 calories. Im so busy at the moment!:( I wont be online for 3 days as im going away for work training! Hope everyone has a fab weekend

Have a great little trip for training (or however fun it can be, I guess.) Two hours for a walk is awesome, nice job there. See you when you get back!
 
AAh! I wanna go for a 2 hour walk. My mom thinks it would be crazy, but I think it would be invigorating.

AOh no :( D'ya know what, you've put on 6lbs since starting uni 3 weeks ago, so have I, and so has Becky since stating work! I was saying to her that its strange that we've put on weight when we are busier. I think it must just be our routines becoming really unsettled- what worked for me is the late brekkie and early dinner, now I can't do that its all gone tits up. I also think that when you are busy its just easier to eat badly and justify it. But we can do it, we just have to plan properly! Plenty of people are busy and skinny, and we can be too! xxxxx

Aw. you really just need to plan around your busy schedule. When I work every day, I plan what I'm going to eat the night before. I know how many breaks I get because of how long I have to work, so I organise my snacks and lunch, and then I decide on dinner to so I know whether to get something out of the freezer or buy something.


Just takes a little planning, you'll be fine though I'm sure. You just need to get into a routine!

Hey my lovlies, my weekend away away could not have gone any worse food wise. I mean awful awful awful. Tomorrow is a new day. Training was actually okay but such hard work! I also was working with such a b!tch! She was pract bullying me, when i did stick up for myself she would change the entire thing around and say i can give it but i cant take it. WTF. Im the most innocent thing going!7

I know girl its shocking!! Im also scared when i do start working i wont be able to control my food consumption and gain all the weight ive lost BACK:( imagine how bad that wpuld be!! but, YES YES we can defo do coll, work and still lose the flab!!

I've had bosses like that, it really sucks. Most of the time I ended up quitting the job when I had to work with someone like that. Ah, well, you're better than her anyway haha.
