Irishprincess weight loss progress!!

Today was a great day, ate 1200 calories and did some exercise yaaaaaaaaaaaaay, Thanks again for the support guys ye are too nice to me:)
I hope everyone had a great day too:):)

I bought this printer/scanner machine, and its not working its horrible:(

I can't get over how Amy Winehouse has died today, i saw her at a music festival literally 3 years ago and she was fabulous!! Her songs were really something else. It just proves how fragile life is, she was only 27.

Thanks a million!!!:) and we dont know yet why or how she died, her body was found earlier today though. She has a long history of cocaine and history addiction so im pretty sure that was the reason for her death. So tragic:(

Oh I'm sorry if you had a bad day. :( But it won't happen again, right! ;) Now you're gonna stick to your diet and become normal weight and absolutely gorgeous! ? And heey, you did lose weight even though you ate 'like a horse' last week! So it's ok to have some bad days! Stay strong and you'll reach your goal weight in no time. :)

I know, its so tragic, i still cant believe she has passed away, its crazy.

I know i cant believe i did some form of exercise hahaha:):) I ran on the tredmill for 20 minutes, i know its not much but its something:)

so i was meaning to tell you ... i m impressed u could run 20 min non stop !
my trainer says that in order to burn up better throughout the day and in general we need to boost up our heart rate in interval.. hence him making me run 3 min as fast as i can endure comfortably and walk 1 min to breath and run again 3 min.... let me know if u try it :p

Rest assure i m checking on u tomorrow!!!!

Thanks sweetyxsempre, you'll be proud today ive only consumed 414 cals, and im going to eat 1200 in total today:) haha and i didnt run 20 mins altogether i can do 5 mins without stopping so i did 4 x 5mins running intervals. Thanks for your support hun!!:)


Anyway guys today i feel mega mega fat!!:( tomorrow is my weigh in day and im absolutely dreading it:( BIGTIME. I know in my heart and soul that ive definitely gained a pound or two, I'll leave ye know how i get on anyways:) My sleeping pattern is back to normal again since today, thank god, it was really pissing me off!!

I really want to go see Bridesmaids, its supposed to be hilarious!! Must go see that soon:)

Well don't forget the scales aren't always just about 'fat'. There's fluid level fluctuations, which make a huge difference, and muscle weight. So try to take the scales-reading with a pinch of salt (hah! Like *I* can do that!!). You're doing great though. Keep it up!

and ms bubbles is right ! specially with excercise we do have a tendency to gain at 1st! but rest assure it s muscle and cloth will fall better :)
dont give up cause when i 1st started working out i gained 5 pds! i was sooo pissed and the easiest way would have been to give up but after that it just came right off ... but it did take a little time :p
but i ll b there to hold your hand!

what bout we make a mini goal with a treat will can do :p

well you have the right attitude hun- we all have our bad days and weighs ins (my lifes one long bad eating day lol) and its getting off the scales and promising yourself that you wont see that number again that will get us where we wanna go :)

Wow im completely overwhelmed by the amount of support i have received here, especially in the last day!! Thank you so much guys, ye have put a smile on my face!:) The support on here is amazing. Its better than any episode of The Biggest Loser or I Used to be fat!!:) The last 2 days have not been healthy, and im so angry at myself for not having been good. But i promise all of ye i will behave now till weigh in day!! Ye have made me realise that i should not give up and soldier on!! Love ye guys!!

Not much has been happening in my life, but found out shocking news about one of my friend and her husband yesterday and it made me want to eat afterwards!! So i did!!! I couldn't control it, i wonder is that just us girls being girls. The minute we get some huge news we get hungry. Well it might just be me haha. I also fixed my printer delighted with that, but i really need to be good and exercise my ass off tomorrow!! I will write in tomorrow of how i got on. FINGERS CROSSED:)



A one pound gain sounds totally normal and totally undoable again. You can do it!

I second MsBubbles. Next time you weigh yourself, you've lost the pound you gained AND some extra! I'm sure of it. :)

It doesn't even really matter whether we objectively know it's probably only a pound of water, and not even fat! It still really pisses us off. Oh well! Back to the grindstone...
