Irishprincess weight loss progress!!

Consumed 1380 calories today!! Gutted that i went over 1260 calories but what can you do. Im super hungry today i want to eat everything in the house!! Im stilling hating on this new design of the website, its very hard to get used to:(

A1380 is still really really good!! its hard when you have the munchies you can't satisfy somedays...actually I like having different days of calories...I think it helps better...I eat 1500ish one day...1200ish the next.....up and down...its a modified zig zag diet. So don't worry about it...you are doing great!!!

I agree a similar 1200/1500 rotation & then a 1500-2100 week definitely works for me. I don't know how anyone can stay on a indefinite 1200 or 1500 calorie diet. Such a diet long term will certainly lower one's metabolism rate.

Today has been good enough day, i consumed 1474 calories. Way in day tomorrow and i know i didnt lose anything this week, but gain gain gain. Well i feel that way anyway!! I will let ye know the results tomorrow eeeeeeeeek, i think im going to follow Free's approach to consuming calories and have 1200 one day and 1500 the next day!! I'm starting to read One Day and i looooooove it.

Ah tetemcg, im soooooooooooooo bad. I had another 300 calories on top of that so basically i consumed 1680 calories yesterday!! Yeah im going to start your approach to consuming calories!! Thanks for the advice lovie xoxoxox

Weigh in day today and i've gained half a pound since last tuesday. Im now 229.75 . Im actually happy with that because last week was my birthday and i spent four days consuming a whole lotta calories!!! This week i really want to lose a few pounds hopefully so im going to be extremely good and hard on myself. Just saw myself in the mirror in my underwear,and ive like stretchmarks EVERYWHERE. im prone to them since i was 8:( It sucks guys, it used to get me so depressed but now im just trying to think positive about them and block the thought of them out!!!!


Im in the middle of reading One Day and im extremely addicted!! Its such a lovely story!! Anyways thats all i have to say for myself today. Gonna consume 1200 calories today because i ended up eating like 2000 yesterday being the heffer that i am!!

So yesterday was a great day. Today is yet another great day too. Delighted with myself. Ive consumed 1147 calories so far and i plan on making it up to 1200 calories. Im still trying to get used to this new format of this site!! HATE CHANGE. haha


My arms look abit smaller today ( tonch wood dont want to jinx myself haha) so thats a great thing!!

Congratulations on your weight loss so far! You've done really well so far, particularly to contain your weight gain over your birthday.

it might seem a long way down now, but when I was 21 I weighed about what you do now. Unfortunately, I can't give real insight as to how I lost that weight, as there were pretty unique circumstances (I had glandular fever, developed a pain disorder which could only be remedied by exercising, and I ditched a destructive boyfriend who, among other things, got me into some terrible eating habits).

At the risk of being a slight Debbie Downer,have you considered a slightly more gradual approach to your calorie reduction? I know my weight loss this time is very different to yours, but when I went below 67 kg before (before I visited my family and put on weight), I found it harder and harder to lose a consistent amount of weight. And there's only so many calories you can cut out – you really shouldn't go below 1200.

What does your diet usually look like? I ask primarily for selfish reasons, as I love to share recipes.

Stretch marks suck, I think they're a pretty big part of most peoples lives... Try not to let them get you down, I find it's something only you yourself really see anyway. I'm covered in them and i just think of them as a reminder of where I've come from and what I've achieved.

Hooray for smaller arms! It's exciting when you can see a change!
 
AO..sweetie after 2 ...8 pound plus babies....my stretch marks are horrible...I hate them...but they have seemed to lighted a bit with this 35 pounds gone...nothing we can do about the tho...so try to just forget them...LOL..yeah right!! U r doing great...some day soon Stretch marks will be all u have to worry about...That's a great thing!!!!

Today was another great day!! I woke up this morning to my mom saying ' You look so thin!!' haha. Anyways............. i consumed like 1111 calories so far today and im not craving any bad food as of yet (touch wood) Im going to have an apple later to make up the calories!!


Im feeling extremely guilty that im doing no exercise.Like, WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME??!! i know i should be doing it, and i KNOW i will feel great afterwards but still, nada, NO EXERCISE IS DONE!!!!

Awh thanks so much for stopping by my diary and your welcome, i really enjoyed reading your diary! Thats so cool that you weighed the same weight as me at 21( you know what i mean ;)) awh those all sound horrible, especially the gladular fever you poor thing!! Yeah i know what you mean about the calorie reduction. I try to eat 1200 calories per day, i NEVER eat less than 1200.


Well my diet consists of, 2ltrs of water a day, weetabix for breakfast with skimmed milk and banana. Lunch usually consits of a wholemeal sandwhich( with chicken or ham, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, grated carrot) dinner then consits of a chicken kiev with 2 peppers! 7 mushrooms, 2 leak onions and 2 tomatoes.


I snack then on fruit. But i love my vegetables at the moment!!

Thanks for the sweet words tetemcg!! Arent they so horrible, but as luzdafuzz said, we gotta learn to embrace them and rememeber the hard work we had to do to shed the weight!! Thats a lovely thing to say about, i cant wait when my only worry will be ' yock these stretch marks are mank!'

How's it all going?
A few yrs back my highest recorded weight was 17st 13lbs so just the tiniest bit heavier than u were. I had an unfortunate incident on a flight once where the seatbelt wouldn't fit and I had to get a special one...u know the ones pregnant women get. So I lost 2stone with weight watchers then another 2 last yr my lowest recorded weight was 14st. I now weigh 15st 5lbs and can't believe I let myself put that weight back on. Just a month ago someone implied I was pregnant by pointing actually to my belly and called it a bump. Well I was mortified u lose some weight and still people think I'm fat its my damned muffin top that's the part of me I really really hate. I've got tons of stretch marks too and I've not got any kids lol. It's just sooo unfair.
Have u given that bio oil stuff a try? It's meant to help reduce the appearance of them but not tried it myself.
I really enjoyed reading ur diary. Your doing incredibly well and hope I can only stay focused like u.

I'll b back again to read some more of ur updates x

Consumed 1200 calories today!!! So another great day!:) Delighted.......... also 40 pore pages to the end of One Day and what can i say, such a tearjerker!! Its a very good book to say the least!!

Well done on losing soooooooooo much weight girly, THAT WAS AN INCREDIBLE NUMBER TO LOSE. It doesnt matter hun that you have put back on some of the weight you had lost because its only natural sometimes, forget those idiots that have said mean things to you. I hate people who think they can say anything to people. Its just not right!!


Oh girl, dont i know, arent they just disgusting, i have them everywhere SERIOUSLY. I have them between my thighs( since i was 8.. hence i think im prone to them), the back of my legs, sholders and arms:( and there not like small pretty stretch marks, they are so long and thick:( i dont feel as bad about them as i used to but there was a time when i would go to my room and cry myself to sleep:( I dont have any kids either and i dont even want to think what my body will look like after i do have kids. Which i would love to have when im older!!! I have never tried bio oil because im scared incase it disapoints me. In a matter of fact for this reason, i have never tried any stretch mark creams or oils. I will give them ago in the future though!!

Today has been another great day when it comes to eating healthy!! Consumed 1089 cals so far, will make it up to 1200 before the night is over though!! Well thaaaaaats about it, haven't been on a night out in a while and im scared of the thought of college commencing in 3 weeks time and vodka vodka vodka!!


The only reason im terrified is because it has ALOT of calories.


Anyway even though i had a great day, i'm felling abit down in the dumps!! I just really want a part time job, my parents are nagging at me to get one. Its not only them i feel the pressure of, but its me too. Like i really want to start paying my own way. Im 21 now and its getting beyond a joke.Theres no jobs around at the moment, but saying that, i havent handed out any CV's. This is mainly due to my lack of confidence over my weight. I feel if i hand in a CV to a place they will be thinking ' Emmmm YOUR GROSS, so....no' Its such a bad way to feel about myself. God i hope i can snap out of my downer moment.
