Exersice - 40 mins on the tread mill alternating walking 5 mins @ 3.6mph to 5 mins of jogging @ 4.6mph.

Weigh in day on friday.

Exersice, swimming for 1 hour

Weighed in this morning at 133. Slow she goes.
 
You should join the ELliptical/Treadmill club...It looks like you are doing well - the lifestyle is suiting you :):):)
 
Yikes! I have been away for over a week...

okies... it was TOM, and I completely ate everything in sight. Friday weighed in at 134, so up a pound from last week. UGH.

Sat - 45 minutes on the treadmill, 15 min @3.8mpg, 30 mins jug @ 5.8, 1200 cals, 3 L water

Sun - walked 2 miles in 30 mins, 1600 cals, 3 L water

Damn girl!!! That walking time is great!!! I thought I did pretty good walking 2 miles or more in like an hour - ha ha ha - Im glad to see you joined hte club - I need to smarten up this week as well!!!
 
1200 cals today, 4 L water, Push mowed 1.5 hours. It totally kicked my ass, my clothes were drenched with sweat. Gross!

Tomorrow I am a training, so will be gone from 6 AM to 6:30 PM. It will be a longgggggggggg day.

My daughter is really into these stuffed animals called Webkins.... geez louise what will they think of next!


And thanks Cind, I am a fast walker. Hehe. Walking is one thing I really enjoy. Even on the treadmill. I hope the challenge will motivate me to stay on top of things.
