Intervention

Oh I broke myself of that last summer, but the old habit has crept back for me too. A good night's sleep really helps with weightloss.
 
I dont know how to get a good nights sleep Cannon. I wake up many times through the night and by the time I am finally asleep it is time to get up.


Well today I am in around 1600 cals, and only about 100 oz of water. I need to get drinking. Fridays are going to be my off day for excersice. Recoup and regear. As it is weigh in day also.

Okay so here is my new goal. I want to give up chinese buffet on Thursday's. Its a lifestyle choice not a sacrafice. I always give into peer pressure even when I really dont want to go.

Weighed in today at 136. So didnt loose anything, given the exersice and calorie watching. Its okay though, its okay. This is my first week back with a healthy lifestyle and it is just going to take some time. It didnt melt off when I lost it before, why should I expect it to melt of now. ;)

Tomorrow is grocery store day, stocking up on alot of fresh produce. I plan on going to the Y at 9 AM and going to do cardio till about 11. then get all of my chores done, then veg the rest of the day. Sunday is lawn care day. The YMCA is closed so I opted to do the mowing on Sundays. It takes about 2 hours, and it is an ass kicker.

Went to the Y for 1 1/2 hours. 1/2 hour of resistance, and 1 hour of treadmill on 2% incline, 4mph.

Cals = 1600 - 1700
Water 2L
 
At 4 mph is that walking or jogging? Sorry I don't know.

For me it is like speed walking. I cannot jog it hurts my ankles really bad. You could jog at this speed though. I dont really enjoy running or jogging, but I love walking. At the YMCA the treadmills have TVs above them with cable and you can watch anything while you are walking, the time flies so fast!
 
OOhhh... Cind, my husband wont let me touch the weed eater.. hehehe. Too dangerours. And I only got to mow for an hour, it ran out of gas, and after I regassed I couldnt get the mother to start!! So my yard is 3/4 mowed. Husband will have to take a look at it. ;)

Excersice = push mowed 1 hour
Water = 3 L

Will have a stressful day tomorrow.

OKay, I am done eating for the day. It was not a good day. Someone brought in Panera Bagels at work today. I thought, Oh bagels. Couple hundred cals each. I looked online 410 Cals per:eek2: I had 2, one for breakfast and one for lunch. HOLY SH*T. I should have looked at the nutritional value first. So that is 1000 cals in bagels today.

Cals = 2100 to 2200
Water = 3 L
Exercise = 10 mins on the row machine, 30 mins on the elliptical, 20 mins on the tread 4.0 @ 2% incline.
 
Don't worry Heidi. It takes 3500 excess calories to make a pound. You're not the first person to get fooled by Panera. I do like their food, but it always seems to have more calories than you would think from their salaries on up.

heh i like to watch tv when in the gym too. It takes skill to watch tv and not fall off the treadmill at the same time hahahah.

OOOhhhhh boy. I cannot wait for the weekend. This week has sucked big time. I need to schedule some time off of work before I loose my mind.

I am lookin forward to weekend too! That's when the new epillitical machine comes in.
Yea my weight is yoyoing bet 136 back to 129 then 130s. Hope we get down to the 120s soon!

I cannot wait to weigh in tomorrow. I can tell a big difference from the past two weeks. I am feeling pretty energized.

Water = 3 L
Exersice = Walked the track for 45 minutes while my daughter was at softball practice. And yuck... it was 92F out side.

Thanks Pink and Cind! I am back in sync with this lifestyle. And I am feeling really great.

Friday is my off day, so I splurge on McDs. But I didnt go over board, and I stayed within 1600cals for the day. Draml atleast 3 L of water.


6-9-07
I am done exersicing! 1/2 hour weights, 45 minute 4mph walk on treadmill, AND mowed the grass - push mower 1.5 hours.

So far I have drank 3 L of water, so will probably get 4 in today. And I am at 600 cals for the day so far. I am going to go eat 200 cal snack, and have a 600 cal dinner, and a 100 cal snack before bed. = 1500 cals ;)

I have to admit I didnt do much of anything on Sunday. I was so sore from the weights the other day. I guess I over did it. I also probably had about 2000 cals. But hey, its okay.

Today was better.

6-11-07
1400 - 1500 cals
almost 4 L of water
45 mins on treadmill 2% incline at 4mph

What a crazy day. It went like this.
600 AM - Shower, dressed, daughter up, pack fruit and lunch for work
7:15 - take daughter to daycare, drive 30 mins to work
8:00 - Meeting till 10:30
11:00 - take lunch and drive to sporting good store for daughter
12:00 - back to work
4:30PM - drive 30 mins home, pick up daughter, clean up house, iron husbands work clothes
5:30 - be at softball diamond for daughters softball game
7:30 - go to walmart and buy a friggin 1 piece swimsuit for daughter, because 2 pieces are not allowed at daycare
8:15 - go to the YMCA
9:15 - home. FINALLY!!!!!!!!!

Geesh. I need a clone.
