erm.. my gf just broke up with me
im gonna use that anger to make an intensive 6 week training program so that when i see her in again later she will be like damn that boy is fine >_>
and im gonna want nothing to do with her bahaha...
so far i have...
running 5 miles @ 5 am
then after school going to cross country running 8+ miles..
then hit the weight room XD
i need to buy some protein bars... the shakes cant be carried to school.. and if i take the shake after running in the morning its hard running for me in the afternoon because the shake gives me gas..
i will also be on a strict diet, i get the munchies a lot after running.. lol soo ill be filling myself up with water
all this just dosnt seem quite enough :-/
