intensive 6 weeks

erm.. my gf just broke up with me :mad:
im gonna use that anger to make an intensive 6 week training program so that when i see her in again later she will be like damn that boy is fine >_>
and im gonna want nothing to do with her bahaha...

so far i have...
running 5 miles @ 5 am
then after school going to cross country running 8+ miles..
then hit the weight room XD
i need to buy some protein bars... the shakes cant be carried to school.. and if i take the shake after running in the morning its hard running for me in the afternoon because the shake gives me gas..

i will also be on a strict diet, i get the munchies a lot after running.. lol soo ill be filling myself up with water ;)

all this just dosnt seem quite enough :-/
gah..

yall have any opinions on this? am i just crazy? lol
i need some input guys.. help me out :-D

I think she'll get over herself by week 3 and try to get back with you. I also think you'll be really, really tired...
 
I got some news for you their sweet cheeks. 6 weeks won't do a whole lot. And here is advice you can't just up mileage and say no pain no gain, you need to follow rules or you risk injury. follow the 10% rule for running, don't add more than 10% to your running mileage on a weekly basis. and i suppose you could train that much but you need time to recover or you gain nothing. for weight training if you go more than 3 days a week your wasting your time.
 
i rest on weekends ;D and for weights i do splits day 1 chest/tris/abs day 2 back biceps day 3 shoulders ect....
i wont be doing 5 more miles a day, my coah said that i should run 30 mins in teh morning anyway. i think the protein will take care of that.. lol


but good news.. i left my house at 8:30 to go run and i didnt know where to go.. so i decided to go to my ex gf's house lol.. which is 9 miles away
i get there and im like can i have a glass a water? lol... they offered me a ride home i accepted :) i got there at 10
they nicknamed me forest gump haha
im gonna go run tomow morning :-D

my friend sugested i take "xoexplode" creatine mix with some other thing.. yall think thats a smart idea me being in cross country and all?
because i can run right over to gnc and pick it up XD
 
I suppose you could. Make sure you drink water like a NUTCASE tho. or else you risk muscle tears over and extended period of time. Because creatine takes water out of your system. and congrats on running to the g'fs house i bet she was impressed.
 
arg i think i overdid it.. lol i think i have a hernia :s lol it herts when i walk now XD and i duno why im laughing about it..
 
U should ask her why she dumped u! Ur machoness and you "wanting to be a sexy beast" Mitght have turned her off! she probably liked u the way you were.
 
lol... i wasnt like that when we where together.. but taht sh!t dont matter no more cuz i got a new gf.. and she treats me so much better then that skank i was with.. lol
and my new gf loves the muscles ^_^
now my ex is jelous.. heh and im a sexy beast.. almost anyway :p
turned out to be a good thing taht she broke up with me.. bahaha
