Awesome weigh-in!! I think it's getting harder for me because I damaged my metabolism all these years of yo-yo dieting!! I'm never going back to that though and plan to never let my weight get above a normal BMI. If I get close to 155 it means it's time to buckle down again! Healthy living for life though!
That camping trip sounds like so much fun and your going to look great on that tube! I'm sure you'll have a few boys trying to get some! Good plan to eat healthy whenever possible and I'll be back Monday to kick your butt again!

Thanks! It is harder to lose weigh now than it was when we started but I feel the same - if I'm getting close to a certain number, I KNOW that I have to get my ass in gear! That's a really good thing because instead of feeling sorry for ourselves that the weight is coming back on, we use it as motivation to kick some ass!

The trip was fun, I'll write more about it below, but it's good to be home and back to my routine

Had a blast this weekend! But uh oh... drunk Sarah didn't care about being vegetarian this weekend! Or skinny for that matter! LOL we were floating down a river and stopping at little beaches on the way from 10:30AM to 6:00PM! It was the PERFECT day for it too... not a cloud in the sky, really warm but not too hot! By the time we got home I passed out by 7PM and woke up around midnight. People were still partying! I did NOT feel good from all the booze and food, I had to make myself throw up to try to feel better

That's the price I had to pay I guess!
I weighed myself this morning to see the damage I did but I was only at 141.2 which is only 1.6 up from Friday so I think if I do really good this week I can see a nice loss. Anyway, I'm glad to be home now. I didn't work out yesterday just because I didn't want to

But I'm back at it today. I'm going to run outside then do some arms/abs... I've got a doctors appointment then some shopping to do and then I'm moving out to my house at school!!!! FINALLY!!!! I can't wait to sign up for the gym
That's all for now... IDK if you guys will hear from me tomorrow or the next day... we still have to get cable and internet at our house but maybe I'll just steal the internet from our roomies upstairs
