I'm sure the weigh-in will go well - your workouts were awesome this week. I'm not sure about mine though because I have been doing a lot of night time snacking. Next week will be better. It's getting to crunch time and I can honestly say I am really looking forward to the holiday break. We all really deserve it!
So glad I could motivate you to go back to the treadmill - I know what you mean about your legs being sore. Last night after 55 min on that thing I was ready to curl up in bed. I can't quite do 1 mile at 6.0 mph but I'm going to keep trying! You moved up so fast with your speed so I figure if I stick to it I will eventually get there.

I can't wait for holidays! Let's kick some butt at the gym this week! Your times are getting so fast! I'm not quite at 6mph so I'm working on that next - i can only do like 5 min at a time - I'm more comfortable at 5.7 right now. Glad you had a good start today! Let's aim for the same for the rest of the week!
