Hey Sarah,
you are doing so good and motivating me to get back into it this week! I'm really lazy and craving bad food. I had a horrible weekend and can't shake the bad news blues. Glad you are keeping it up and motivating as you go!
Also cute pics! The vest is really cute too so you should go back when it's on sale!
I SHOULD get it when it's on sale...
SOOOOO a little afternoon update since I'm really not doing anything besides watching some TV.....
Had a GREAT morning. It feels good to be back home
Here is my food log so far:
Breakfast - Egg, rice cake w/peanut butter, pineapple orange juice
Lunch - Slim fast "milk", 15 almonds
... terrible lunch which lead me to terrible SNACKING...
when I got home from the mall, I found a bag of mini recess peanut butter cups... only had one (there are 44 calories in just one of those little suckers!!! jeez!!) so i was going to have some pretzels and a piece of string cheese... so I had some pretzels... but then I ditched the string cheese cause I found ICE CREAM SANDWICHES in our freezer!! UGH. so I ate that. I've been feeling hungry still...
but the GOOD thing is... I found my solution:
I HAVEN'T BEEN DRINKING ENOUGH WATER!!! Water is a good way to feel a little full.... so, I just poured myself a big glass of water and added some sugar free, no carbs, no cals lemonade mix to it! So I'm getting my water but I'm still getting something sweet without packing on the calories
and I already feel satisfied!!!I'm going to try to eat a healthy dinner so I don't TOTALLY mess up my day.... I was doing alright until that damn ice cream sandwich

I feel like I should hop on the treadmill for that one!! lol
