I ran 10K non-stop in an hour! Okay, an hour and one minute but who's counting?I thought running a straight 5K last week was something to be proud of... but DAMN... I really did that?!?!!?
I'm going to have to give a little shout out here to someone that made this possible for me today: Marathon Man
First of all, he is the reason that I have decided to sign up for the Madison half marathon in May! I did not know about it until I read his journal. And second, he ran 8 straight miles yesterday without stopping! This amazed me because I could see how fast he has progressed already from running - so I figured, why shouldn't I give it a shot and see what I can do?!So a big THANKS to YOU Marathon Man!!!

Haha! I knew you could do it. And at a ten minute pace too!! Dang. You're pretty amazing. Now I'm gonna have to work twice as hard if I'm gonna catch your pace and beat you in Madison.
It's all about everyone's positive energy pooling together so we can do great things.I was totally feeling down about my crappy day today, and you totally cheered me up. Yay for you!
I feel so inspired I'm going to turn my boring rest day into a light 2 mile run recovery day.Oh, and I was told that the Madison race fills up by like February, and you get a discount by registering before December I think. Maybe I'll see you there if you end up making it!

) Anyway, not sure if that'll help, but you've all really helped me... so "THANKYOU"... again

way to go on the loss this morning! You are totally going to reach your goal! I'm so happy! I love weekends too but would love them more if I could get them under control. We were sooo good this week though I think we are allowed to treat ourselves! As long as we kick butt again next week! Have a great weekend Sarah, I always look forward to Monday morning and checking in on you! Cheers!
and then I had a small piece of apple carmel pecan pie! Eeek but it was delicious
