Well, the scale is up to no good again... and it seems I am to! Food-wise I've been doing well, but I didn't workout Mon or Tues. That means I have to workout W-Su in order to get my 5 days in. Sigh, that is going to be hard, especially since I am going out of town tomorrow or Friday for Easter. I CAN DO IT THOUGH, RIGHT!?!? I just need to run, run, and run some more. My 5K is coming up soon and I HAVE to be ready!
The scale was up 4.8 pounds this morning (to 194.4). What the hell. Hopefully it will back to 189.6 by Friday morning, then start going under over the weekend. I've have yet to gain weight for a Monday weigh-in since Dec 28, 2008 - and this week will be no different. I will get back to 189.6 (and hopefully under) no matter what it takes
I do think 100% of the weight is water, I've been drinking SOOO much these last two days (just water
). I actually feel kinda skinny 
I'm going for a run after work today (finally back in the office) and hope to do around 3 miles of running and then 30 minutes in the gym tonight after dinner. Good luck to me, and the scale!
