Ok, so my legs retain fat in the thigh area (girl power....) but since I started running, my calves look great! On the outer side of my leg at least. The inner side of my calf is kind of... flat and imploded looking. I do inner leg lifts, the thigh machines at the gym, but of course those target my thigh. What to do about the inner calf muscle? Will working on the calf overall with the machines meant to target it even this out or do I need to target the insides somehow?
