I have been lurking these forums over the past week and would just like some friendly advice.
I Used to be around 220lbs and am now currently 170. After some reading I realized I was over training really bad, and repeating the same isolation exercises too often, I'm now working out 3 days a week and trying to do more compound exercises and mixing up the reps/intensity, just wanting an opinion on whether to cut or bulk?
