Hello, just found your diary, and want to tell you, that giving up, is giving in. I know you said you weren't giving up, but I want to make sure you know that. Don't let your weight take control of your life, you take control of it. Everything doesn't work for everybody, and when our bodies change, the old things seem to not work anymore. Keep eating healthy and exploring other ways to reduce your weight. Another thing that can hold you back is stress. I believe that one of the reasons that I have been able to drop 10 pounds is because I try not to let things stress me out. I don't even answer the phone for certain people around certain times of the day because they can just stress you, ya know. Like my mother and sister bickering and they want to call me to complain about it, are you serious? Anyway, it seems like your lifestyle is about to get a whole lot better with your settlement and all, but that doesn't mean there aren't any things stressing you out, sometimes we don't identify clearly what is making us feel the way we do. Have you tried taking a multivitamin? A multivitamin has a lot of essential vitamins that are definitely good for you and your body, giving you nutrients that are much needed or you may be lacking, and they also help with stress, raising your serotonin levels, making it easier for you to deal with different things differently, or maybe not dwell on things. I have researched alot more about stress than weightloss. Weightloss can be a bit confusing sometimes. I also take a multivitamin, very inexpensive, but includes a bit more of magnesium and I think Niacin, not sure, have to look at it, but it has more of some ingredients for stress. They will also give you energy. There are a ton of other vitamins that you can research, but I know that a multivitamin is good for everyone, especially if you are a person trying to lose weight on a lower calorie diet. Keep your head up, and good luck. Hope to hear some progress soon.

I didn't find out about the rent an utilities until my electric was shut off. I had to stay with a friend. That's when I dug a little deeper and found out about the rent and the "settlement." Needless to say, I was done. It was hard to finally end it with him, but I did so, for myself, and my daughter. My friend found a job for me with her company, I bought a car, and paid off my bills.....mostly. lol A couple of months passed, and I sort of fell for a guy friend. He was very persistent and sweet. He's still sweet.
He lived in my place for about 5 months, until we decided to move. He was originally from Louisville, and we were living near St. Louis.
