I'm trying this again!

LOL I can't post visuals remember what happened the last time!!! EVO no foam roller yet, but I have my ART guy and a tennis ball and heating pad. Must con some hunky guy to come massage my bod! That is definately going on my to do list :D
 
Ok so after the long friday I ended up with a three day migraine. Worked thru Sunday with it and my son's Birthday party on Monday with it too
Worked a full `12 1/2 hour day on tuesday so no training. Worked out a new lower body training schedule until things improve more and I can get back to regular workouts. Worked from 5:15 am to 11 am and then horray got to the gym again

crunches- 60lbs/12 x 3 sets
reverse crunches- 60lbs/12 x 3 sets
rear delt raises- 15lbs/12 x 3 sets
lat raises- 15lbs/ 8 x 2 sets

Need to work more on the shoulders to balance off what my goals are. Been keeping up with bw stuff while working tons. Have decided to do some bw circuits at my break at work on the long days, so 5 days of the next pay period I will be entertaining the people I work with I hope they don't start picking on me ( they shouldn't I work with a great group of girls) However my boss has decided that we just don't work enough and wants us to take on an extra out of town shift every week! Great I don't see my boys enough already and now he wants me to drive 2 hours out to watch football and drive two hours home. Rain or shine we stand out in the weather and watch high school football. That and I would have to tape ankles (no big) and hands ( yikes wtf??) This is so not what I am trained for I am wayyyyy out of my element! When does hockey start? That I can get into.

Squats- 95lbs/15 x 3 sets ( YES!!!! I'm squating again, and no pain )
leg press- 90lbs/8; 130lbs/8 x 2 sets
leg curls- 60lbs/10 x 3 sets
bulgarian split squats- 25lbs/12 x 3 sets

Wanted to do RDL's but I got tired of waiting for equipment. Thats what I get for working out in the afternoon when all the college kids wake up. I was kinda mad because for the most part they were using the bars for curling, after waiting for 10 min's I just opted for going home instead.

I do have one thing to say in my defense, evo gave me his routine.
It's like 8 sets of curls, then I go outside and throw some crap around. I dunno, but evo is teh hügE.

Yesterday's workout

Lower body day today. Was a super fast workout before I had to go to work. Whew I worked up a sweat though!! So here it is...

Squats- 95lbs/15 reps x 3 sets... then I learned a new grip and varied the width Huge difference I can see some big numbers happening once I work my way up to some decent weights again.

leg press- 90lbs/8; 160lbs/8 x 3 sets

RDL's with shrugs-135lbs/6; 135lbs/4 ( dumbass move should have went lighter and worked my way up, I felt it in my back now I pray I didn't screw up my progress )

Leg curls- 60lbs/8 x 3 sets

That was it and then I changed and raced off to work.
 
Yes I know. I already kicked my self in the ass.I just know what I can lift and it bugs me that I am lifting with such piddly numbers. :( On another note I have a new hair do :D

I was helping a friend to get into working out. She made out pretty good, but not all reps and not all sets. She did really good though

So we did circuts- 10 pullups; 20 pushups; 30 crunches and 40 squats. 5 sets- she made it thru 2 sets but not all reps. There are some hurtles to get over before I get her lifting weights, but we have 3 months to get her bikini ready so we are doing great. I'm so proud of her , even if she tossed her cookies, she still wants to come back for more :D. I did the last 3 sets after she left so I did all 5 circuits.

That was all for today. My back feels really good. I am still fight off a cold but I think I may be losing. I worked this afternoon in the crappy windy rainy weather. I feel like warmed over poop right now. Time for a hot bath and bedtime. Wish I had someone to take care of me.

I know what you mean by fighting off sickness. Im about at my wits end with this sinus infection. I'm making the appointment for the endoscopy this week.

I hope the endoscopy goes well Allen, it is probably your best bet. You have been fighting that infection for a long time. Hope it is resolved soon.

side lateral raises- 10/10lbs x 4

Superset 3
cable cross over curls-30lbs per cable/12 x 2; cable curls/ 30lbs per cable/12
tricep pulldowns- 50lbs/10 x 4
