I have a lot of things gong on lately, some good some horrible. I did go to the JP fitness summit in Little Rock and I have to say it was awesome. For those of you that may have been on the fence with it you missed a really informative summit. The presentors were great and most of them stuck around the whole weekend to talk with all of us. It really was awesome.
I have continued my training- did NROL HT-1 and had some really amazing gains. I gained 5 inches on the booty and a couple inches in other areas, hell I even surpassed my expectations for my arms. My training has taken a backseat to some family crisises the last couple weeks, it has not been a happy place here. I also have been working a fair amount starting at like 5am soon to be even earlier than that. I feel emotionally like I have been drug through the mud and wrung out then hung to dry. When I start back up again in the next few days I will start a new log here. I will also admit that things here got to be to much for me and I stayed away for a few months. So provided things don't sink to a low level again I will keep my workout log here as well as at JP's. Thanks for remembering me Simbl
