Awwwww It'll go away I guess I gained about 3 pounds, although my weight has been 142.5-146 all summer and fall, so you could say I also lost a half a pound since summer I'm glad though, because it all went to my butt instead of my upper arms (former trouble spot but my body changed its mind--amazing!)

I know I can get rid of it (it's probably just hormones), but it's so depressing to see how freaking easily the bad stuff attaches to my body nowadays. If only I was 25 again ...

Travis is such an amazing man ... he's so level headed (not like me!), stable, trustworthy. I'm falling so hard for this guy ... so is Matt.

He has a full goatee now, Val!!! I've never kissed a guy with a goatee before, and I've got to say it feels pretty damned good! But then again, maybe anything he did to me would float my boat ... I've got it BAD for this Travis dude ... and I'm lovin' it!

PSHAW! Losing weight isn't THAT much harder when you're older than 25, so I hear, it's still calories in, calories out and maintenance doesn't even drop that much the older you get--not THAT much! Hormones ARE to blame for a lot of things, though

Hey Sam, I don't think you have to worry about extra chins! You're a lean, mean, awesome machine now

I actually prefer the 2-3 day stubble look, but only if the guy has a darker beard (so very hot --- think Paul Francis here -- OMG, that man does things to me!).

Right now I get told mine is hot and does a lot for me. Mine isn't super dark but it isn't that blond-flesh colored teen wolf shit either. I dyed my hair a coppery brown color and I do really really well with red undertones, imo.

Thanks for the lean compliment. I'm trying to work on it. I was bad the past couple months and over the holidays. I want to go to Pride here in SLC this June and be the hottest guy there

Without having that raw chemistry going on, it's really hard to imagine this arrangement working out. And how can I be jealous of another man? I can't. Another woman? That would be tough. But not another guy.

Plus I'm not really into vanilla sex (it does nothing for me). Matt, Travis and I are into more interesting variations, so those are the ties that ultimately bind us all together

At the end of the day, it's definitely different and definitely not for everybody, but it certainly works for us

No workout today. While Matt was at the gym, I decided to tackle the tons of snow, ice and gravel left in the driveway from the snow plows over the past 4 weeks. The weather is warmer, but the problem with that was the snow was extremely heavy from the water content. Add in the chunks of ice and gravel, and it was a real work out. It took me about 30 minutes to clear a path out of the driveway onto the road, and my back was killing me.

So I came in and took some heavy-duty muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatories and I'm feeling really good now. Actually I'm not. My back still hurts like shit, but I just don't care

OK, I spent two hours at an immigration lawyer's office this morning trying to figure out the best and quickest way to get Travis's butt up here ... so I sent the info off to him and hopefully he'll be able to move here ASAP.

The best way is if he gets a job and his employer pays for everything and does all the paperwork That may or may not happen ... but chances are Travis probably won't be able to move up here for a few months ... which is not the best case scenario

OK, now that things have settled down, I can get back into my normal routine. I have physio tonight for the bicep tendon injury, so that means I won't have time for a "real" workout. Given that I shovelled a bazillion tons of snow on Saturday and that my arm didn't complain at all is very promising! I can't wait until I can actually do pull ups and chin ups again!!! And get back on the ergo ... I miss rowing so much

Tonight I'll go to Matt's house. Matt has a habit of cooking dinner for me and then giving me a massage every time I go to physio (which has been MANY times over the past 18 months), so tonight will be no exception: I'll be eating dinner at his house. And then having a massage

And then who knows WHAT will happen later

You know, I really love this dude! He's a special guy, that's for sure.

So I don't have any workouts to report ... at least not the ones in the gym

But I will tomorrow, I promise!
