Weigh in 202.8 (total 4.2lb)
I started my menses!!!!!!!! No wonder I wasn't losing. You know that shouldn't have been surprising as I always try to lose weight when I'm about to start my period.
Food
Breakfast
Homemade cheese platter, 500cal
6 steamed dumplings, 300cal
2 gingerbread cookies, 80cal
Snack
Starbucks strawberry parfait, 300cal
Orange juice, 100cal
Lunch
One side of bagel with plain cream cheese, 175cal
Dinner
2 cups of Salad mix, 3oz beef, 5 dumplings, 2 boiled eggs, mushrooms, 650cal
Calories: 2100
Exercise
90min bikram yoga class
Positives
*went to bikram without a second thought
*did like 75% of bikram, whew didn't walk out!
*ate a healthy meal after bikram, huge bowl of lettuce
* found out I can lose 2x calories if I walk 2.7mph on treadmill rather than just sitting!
