"According to www.fitness.com/tools/greek_proportions/, the Greeks had 'ideal body's... and so I thought since the 'ideal body' is ideal for the healthiest shape our bodies could be in, that we could try for not just weight loss, but inches lost. I've made a goal template I think works. You'll need a body measurement tape. Fill out the template, give yourself a month as you're end date, and put the goal size in the end set. At the end date, size yourself and see if you how you did. Also, When you come to your goal date (or just goal) tell what you did you get to that size, please?
