Weight-Loss Ideal Body Challenge

"According to www.fitness.com/tools/greek_proportions/, the Greeks had 'ideal body's... and so I thought since the 'ideal body' is ideal for the healthiest shape our bodies could be in, that we could try for not just weight loss, but inches lost. I've made a goal template I think works. You'll need a body measurement tape. Fill out the template, give yourself a month as you're end date, and put the goal size in the end set. At the end date, size yourself and see if you how you did. Also, When you come to your goal date (or just goal) tell what you did you get to that size, please?

Thigh - 22 (-3)
Hip - 41.5 (-2.5)
Calf - 14.75 (-.25)
Bicep - 12.5 (+1.5)
Neck - 13 (-1)

So far its been dancing, working, a little walking, and the weekly challenge of drink half my weight in oz of water...
 
Just do a bit of research on that "ideal body" thing. I was searching for somewhere that would give me my ideal measurements and apparently this greek ideal is for lean, muscular men... I may be off here, just a heads up!
 
What's interesting -I just googled greek ideal body calculator.. and came up with a different link



using the same info - and it gives me completely different results
