I have edited my goals (post on pg.19-linked in my signature). I am 134 today. WHAT??? YES!!!
So I have not hit my 132 goal for today, but I have passed 136 which means I am in the healthy range, and I've hit my over 10lbs lost goal all in 1 shot. SWEET! And after eating badly yesterday including 2 chocolates instead of my 1 allocated and air popped popcorn with butter and salt. But that's OK because I'm at 134!
So I still don't think I can lost 4.5 in just over a week, but time will tell right? Sadly looking at my chart the point for today is WAY off the trend line which makes me think it's a random fluctuation, possibly from weighing later than usual today. But whatever, for now I'M HAPPY!!
