Glad to hear you ate!
So a mini challenge for this week, drink half my weight in water.
So 198lbs = 99oz.
Except I'm English and and work in pints/litres not ozs.
So I worked out that 1 flid oz = 0.05 pints.
So 100oz = 5 pints.
So I'm just gunna aim for 5 pints of water/sugarfree squash a day.
Should be able to manage it, I'm starting on my first pint now
Only just got up, so I'm gunna go down and bake some oopsie rolls and have some breakfast, probably some ham cheese and cucumber, its such a yummy combination, I used to have it in sandwiches with salad cream all the time, now I just eat it on it's own lol
I'm not really missing bread/potato and stuff, it's the dryness/stodgyness I miss.
Like if I want a snack, everything is cold or juicy, when I'll just want something like a biscuit or something. So I'm gunna make some more oopsie rolls coz I can make a low carb swiss roll, or a ham and cheese toastie
My weight is dropping back down after my 5lb fluctuation. I apparently gained 5lb in two days, and two days later it's dropped down by 3, so fingers crossed if I keep on top of it it should be back into the 196's in no time.
