I will be skinny again!!!

Clash of the Titans.
It's meant to be rubbish but me and my mum both absolutely love the original so it had to be done really.
I'll buy water there because they're really funny about taking stuff in and I'll probably have some chewing gum maybe, or nothing at all. As long as I don't breathe through my nose walking through the lobby I'll be fine!

I went to Starbucks, and I don't even want to know how many calories were in my frappucino.. But I'll look...
Aah that was quite painless except for the carbs!! Only 220 cals, and that was in a venti!
 
I have a problem.
I've put absolutely everything into my fitday thingy, and I've barely eaten 1000 calories.
There goes my new limit of 1800!

I don't want to eat something stupidly high.. I might cheat and drink a can of coke!
I don't like full fat coke, but I'm just not hungry. I've eaten well today just not highly calorific stuff.
I had a salad for tea, and it filled me! Was yummy, I like ranch dressing :)
My supper, which was more like tea, was good, but not brilliant. The instant mash was suprisingly nice, but a bit bland. I could only eat half of it.
 
So, 5am this morning and the fire alarm goes off.
False alarm, turned off quite quickly, but I was awake.
I'd only had 3 hours or so, maybe less! I was up til about 7 then!

Got up again at 11:50.
11:54.. Fire alarm, AGAIN.
This time it stayed on so we all got evacuated, me and martin went for a coffee.
Not good.
My only calories so far are from Costa, hey at least it's not Starbucks again!
Going over to Harrogate later to visit his parents as it is his mum's birthday today.
So my food today is going to be horrendous.
However I only managed 1300ish yesterday so it shouldn't be so bad.

My cheap scales are saying 203 today :)
So I'm hoping that means I'm actually about 200, maybe 199 given how out they've been!! But from now on I'll be using what they say.
Will sneakily weigh on his mum's scales later though just in case.
 
Hahaha, do you live in halls? I remember those fire-alarms. EVERY night. Or just when you get in the shower! So annoying! Be good today! xx

Yeah, well, my boyfriend does anway, and I practically live with him.
It doesn't even sound like a fire alarm, it's just beeps, like one big constant beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep, that hurts like hell!!
 
Whoops, Mcdonalds got me :(
I ate mozzarella dippers, but I ate the cheese not the fried crumb bit.
I didn't eat many chips, about a quarter of them.
I took off the mayo from my Mcchicken sandwich, and left some bread.
And I had coke zero.
So that wasn't too bad...
Until..
I had a toffee sundae, and ate it all!
But oh well, I was having a higher calorie day today anyway, and I haven't has Mcd's in like months, well a month, but before that I hadn't had it in like forever either.
So I'm not going to beat myself up about it.
And I'll get right back on track tomorrow. In fact, tonight. I shall have a healthy supper type thingy and no more coke!
 
I had no super healthy supper thing last night, until 4am :O
I had half a tin of beans and an egg.

But yeah, wasn't hungry for ages and didn't snack either so it wasn't too bad yesterday. I really want a coffee but Martin took the keys, so I can get out, just not get back in!

Breakfast Going to class my 4am "meal" as breakfast. SO half a tin of beans and an egg.
Lunch Bowl of porridge made with semi skimmed milk and one tablespoon on sugar. Was no where near sweet enough though bleurgh
Tea Turkey and ham salad from subway with cheese and ranch dressing
Supper Cheese salad.
Snacks Three small cherry scones :(
They were yummy but probably loaded with butter and sugar.

Today wasn't too bad.
Haven't written as much as usual due to going home again and visiting the "in laws" as such.

Done OK with the food, but stuff out of my control may have ruined it a little, but I'll see the damage in a minute when I log it.
Haven't updated fitday in a while so I'll guess for yesterday and then guess for today too.
I don't like being inaccurate.

But on the up side.. We got the Wii back today :)
His mum quite literally never plays it so we've borrowed it again.

And guess what?

I'm 3 whole pounds lighter than when I last played it, which was 223 days ago, which was before my operation, and before I knew how ill I was, and was on a bit of a health kick, been going to the gym before, was feeling better after my infection so wanted to start exercising again since it didn't hurt to breathe anymore.

Just checked, wasn't 223 days ago coz that was like when my operation was, so I certainly wasn't on it then!!
I checked 323 and that seems more likely.

Either way I'm lighter than I was so I'm obviously getting somewhere.

And I went on at the end of the day, and it said 203, so I'm hopeful in the morning, on my mums scales I may add!, that I will be lower so.. fingers crossed.

Lunch BBQ, one chicken burger, one burger, one sausage, ketchup on all, two teacakes and one slice of bread. Salad, but it had mayo and croutons too. No wine though, but full fat coke.
Tea Nothing as lunch was at teatime because breakfast was lunch
Supper Two special K bars, only 88 cals each
Snacks Cup of tea, milk two sugars.
 
Fitday still likes me despite my many binges and failures lol.
All but one day was still under 2000 cals which is good.
And I did a ton of walking today.

SO I don't feel too bad, stilla little guilty but I've felt worse.


Tomorrow is a new day, and I start my new job on Monday!! ARGHHHHHH


OOH btw, I nearly forgot, I bought size 16 jeans today that fit properly :)

Lunch Couple of chips, bite of burger and half a mcflurry from Mcdonalds. We were driving so I had to just have a little bit.
Tea Chicken curry and rice. Low fat sauce, and no naan this time.

Naked but after tea my scales at Martin's say 203, so will check in morning.

Start my new job tomorrow. So nervous.. I feel ill, and I so won't be able to sleep tonight and I have to be up at like 7am!!
 
First day on new job today.
Ate shite lol

Breakfast Caramel light Frappuccino.. Was way too nervous for food

Food is sooo rubbish today.
And I'm getting fed all the rest of the week at work, and Italian restaurant

I'm so hungry and reading people's diaries is making me so much hungrier.

Ahhh I love pasties. Cheese and onion are the best. But every time I get one I have to leave the shop with an iced bun. It's a habit I cannot get out of. Or one of those little cakes from Sayers with icing on.YUM I WANT ONE NOW. Oh well - Options hot choc instead I suppose. We must think of the waistline!!

Eurgh eaten crap today.
We have to taste everything on the menu (unless we're like vegitarian etc) so we can describe it to the customers. And everyone learns everything.
So we had the antipasti today.
Loads of cured meats/salami, olive oil, cheeses, breads. So not so good there!!
And we taste all the other stuff throughout the next few days, so I'm having a couple of days off sort of.
I'll be good on what I'm eating most of the time but at the moment it's really hard.
And we get food every shift.
Balls.

It is amazing food though. Literally the best in the world, it's all sourced locally for the fresh stuff, the mozzarella and cured meats and parmesan and pecorino etc is all sourced from Italy.
It is the only UK stocker of Amalfi lemons. It's all organic and amazing in my opinion. I'm not actually advertising I truly think it's wonderful.

We start real training tomorrow, and I have my own bar blade *swoons* I've never had my own before.

Lunch Antipasti with salami, mortadella, mozzarella, flat bread, one olive because I don't like them!, italian coleslaw, peccorino, etc
Tea Half a Takeaway pizza, so tired, was too tired to cook. Shit excuse I know but it's quick and easy and nice, so I'm having it.
Supper None.
Snacks None.

Overall my food probably hasn't been too bad, and would probably still be really good if I had a decent tea, but I can't be arsed basically. Not tonight anyway.

Tomorrow will be filled with pasta, all fresh and yummy, and a healthy tea!!! No snacks, and hopefully no morning coffe, it's expensive and caffeine is not good!!
