In a nut shell....I am a lurker. This is a first for me on any forum or any website. I have never participated before. Out of my comfort zone but trust me when I say I have thought about this one for awhile. I signed up in June. It's September!!

I am just like everyone else....been there done that and could write a book about all the stupid ways I have tried to trick my mind into losing weight. Such as.....if I get a tatoo on my stomach it will make me WANT to lose weight to look *hot*....goodnight! IT's so dumb. I have some real doozies to tell you but I will leak those even dumber and more expensive tricks later as time goes on. Geez.

Anyways....today I started my weight loss. I ate ok in cal wise but not the best i could do. No exercise but I did watch my cal count and that is a start for me.

Breakfast - Bagel - Cream cheese (i know, i know) 360 cal
Lunch - 2 bags Oatmeal 260 cal
Dinner - Baked Catfish 220 cal
Snack 1 apple with natural pb 250 cal
Snack #2 5 miniature dark chocoloate 210 cal
Total - 1300 cal.

I have major improving to do on eating. I went to the grocery store this evening and bought healthy choices for tomorrow.

This morning I weight 175.
I am just shy of 5'2
Goal weight is 130.

I WILL BE BACK tomorrow!!

Fighting a cold. Just took some nighttime cold medicine. Feel like I have been run over and then over again.
Breakfast - Weight Control Oatmeal - 160 cal
Lunch - Fiber Bar - 140
Snack - 100 cal pretzels
Dinner - WW Chicken meal 360 cal
Snack - 5 miniture dark choc dove bar 210
I wont buy those again....not much control.
No exercise today...but doing better with the eating. I am going to bed tonight and hope to feel better in the morning.
 
I've got a cold too :( Sucks being ill! How are you enjoying the WW meals? I went through a stage of having one every day and loved them but they are so expensive!
 
Sunflower & Vampire...thanks for dropping in! Not feeling much better. I have been on the couch all day. It's so nice here today too!

I peeked this morning on the scale and I was at 172.6.....awesome after 3 days...

Breakfast 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with natural pb
Lunch Apple with natural pb
Snack -7 dark dove candy...need to throw it away!!

As for the WWdinners...the one i had was ok. I think they will be good for me when the whole family is here for dinner...as I don't trust my willpower at this point.

Going back to the couch for now. I have an extremely busy week this week so I need to rest while I can. I have to work all week with no time off. UGH.
