Week 3
Monday suxxxx I hate it.
Back to work, had a good day today, the only bad part i feel like i just might catch the cold :/ sucky! I have breakfast everyday, usually my new love, special k vanilla almond cereal with a banana
and for work I had a grilled chicken garden salad with light italian dressing, it was yum. I pre-perade my lunch for work tonight, it's rice with some awesome seasoning, chicken breast cubes, and steamed veggies and then fatfree vanilla yogurt with fresh raw blueberries and blackberries that I picked up at the market.
I had a co-worker tell me today that they are able to see that I lost a little bit of weight, that just made my world.
*proud moment of the day = I was grocery shopping about 1hr ago, I found myself reading the nutrition labels of EVERYTHING...I didnt notice it until I held that frozen yogurt in my hand for so long reading the label, and then my hand turned to ice so I was like ??? . It's so much more easier to walk away from bad things if you actually read how many calories just half of something contains, or sugar and sodium..it's crazy.
And then you think to yourself "hmm...running/walking for 20min on the treadmill will burn me i dono im guessing anywhere from 150-250 calories, and so eating probably of just half of some junk we like is probably around 100-200 calories.
im not about to run for 20min just to burn off ice cream.
