I want to look good when getting my Bachelor degree

wooops....I had to search really long for my thread...okay was my own fault mybe I should have posted earlier.

Ha a fellow student of mine had birthday today and yesterday I made an american cheescake (okay I don't know if it is real american I just got the recepie from a website which includes "American" recipies) and I didn't eat I tiny little bit of it *g* which is good because this would have caused a looooot of extra calories. Originaly the recipie stated peanut butter but I couldn't finde it in the shops...I don't know why because I know we have it here....well however I used chocolate crem instead *g*

Todays afternoon I got really frustrated. Some fellow students asked me if I could explain the economic calculation stuff we have to do. I did but believe me....I never saw people who are that stupid.....thanks good no chocolate was around because at that moment I wouldn't mind the calories :cuss:
well as it wasn't and as I've been to the gym yesterday and today.... I will hopefully weigth less than 70 kilos on friday (as I stated I am okay with 69.9 *lol*)
 
You are doing so well! Talk about willpower - can you please send me some as I am in desperate need ;)

I won't be here to check how you do on your weigh in on Friday, but good luck and I am sure you will be rewarded for your efforts and see that 69.something (or less!) on there!
 
I am just getting ill :-( I have a headache and I really don't feel good....it's just the time in the year when everyone gets sick, but I don't want to -_-

And besides that my neighbour is partying the whole nigth....seriously...a 50 year old guy partying till 7 o'clock in the morning....I don't minde that he is celebrating or whatever, but can't he do that more quiet? garg....so besides getting sick I didn't sleep well last nigth..garg

however, as I sticked mostly to the calories this week I hope I lost a bit :p

The jobthing was okay, I go again on monday for about 2 or 3 hours and than we will see ;)


University sucks...I have the feeling I just have idiots in my tutorials, seriously it seems that they are all behinde the times....when you get an education in public health how can you say that non profit health care organisations do not work effectively just because of the fact they are non profit? In the health sector it's hopefully the case that you are efficient if you provide "health" to as much people as possible and not if you gain a lot of money....that really sucks :toetap05:

well don't know if I am online during the weekend but hopefully on sunday evening I am again ;)

yyyeeeeaaahhhh..... i did it....I am ride of the 7 :hurray: thanks good and now my motivation is back ;)

So I reach my first small goal and therefor I get the fimoset I orderd and I can start beeing creative in the weekend :biggrinjester:

My next small goal is under 68, then I get new earphones for my ipod....I need them because my old ones are...well...lets say they work but they don't look really good, I used them for 3 years now and I really need new ones but to keep my motivation I buy them when I cracke the 68 ;)
 
YEAHHHH, Great job on reaching your goal!!!!! I love the idea of treating your self to something once you reach your goal! that is awesome!!!

EXACTLY!!! they are there for the people and not to make an income. They are a lot more involved with there patience as well than you would see in any other health care facility that has income.

I am so proud of you gurl! Keep up the good work, I don't know how you do it with school and everything else. I give you mad props :D
 
I hate group work, I am always the one who has to organise it and who does the most....all other just rely on me :ack2: would be great if my marks high as well in the exams....they are not...i passed the last one with a 6 *garg* (grades from 1 to 10 and 5.5 is passed) However...I don't mind....most of us don't have high marks....and if they have high marks they are real nerds....and there are other things important despite university :p

Mhm...I did my workout yesterday, I got the job and today I am just lazy...the weather is horrible. If my boyfriends does not come around todays evening maybe I am going to the gym....if he comes around I don't :p But he is really stressed with all his exams and he really gets on my nervs with telling me all the time: I am not able to pass them, I am soooo stupid....blablabla...he has to try one exam for the third time....well his own mistake. How can you write an exam 2 weeks after one of your friends passed away? So...hopefully he will pass the 3 try...otherwise he has to study something else or whatever.

Buuut....if this week is finished it is carnival...okay it starts on thursday but as I have an exam on friday it starts on friday for me :coolgleamA:
 
Hi everone! I am so excited about this site. It has so many resources. I used to be overweight and unhealthy until I decided to take charge of my life and my health. Since then I have lost 60lbs and am well on my way to my goal.I have so much more energy and wish I would have had the motivation sooner.My trainer stuck with me through it all and she was absolutely amazing. Now I just use her for tune ups here and there when I need it. I am heading to the doctor today to see if I can stop my diabetes meds. I am hoping for the best. Look forward to getting to know everyone.

mhm.....it's funny but at the moment i have the feeling that sticking to my calories implies that I have to be hungry (you got me? Not really well formulated -_-) However...I stick to them :hurray: but at the moment it is really hard.

mom24monsters: the snacking is not the bad thing about carnival, it is the alcohol :toetap05: I can have a lot of fun going out and not drinking....but on carnival it is somehow impossible :willy_nilly: everyone has something with him/her and you have to drink a shot with everyone you meet and all that...I mean its great and I love it....but baaad for dieting :biggrinjester: however...it will work...I am quite sure ;)
 
arg...I gained 300g during this week...well I don#t care, I'll go one like usual and hopefully I will loose about 5 kg till summer and additional 8 till end of the year...I am quite sure its doable and it will work...I Hope :p

Don't lose faith! You still have plenty of time to lose the 5 kg by summer, so just keep going.

sorry for not posting for such a long time...I was just busy, had problems with some friends and stuff like that...but now I am back on the track ;)
I gained some weigth....but just 400g, and I will loose them...jeha *g*
I have to do my university stuff now, than I am going to work for 4 hours and if I feel fit enough I will go to the gym todays evening. Unfortunately i feel a little bit ill...-_-

wha...I am back on the track and (again) under the 70 mark :p
Although I cheatet yesterday and ate a whole box of sweets (800 kalories at all....tooo much). Afterwards I felt sick :rant: however, this won't happen again and tomorrow I had 500g less on the scale than last week :hurray:
 
seriously...university sucks...if not my fellow students than the teachers and other responsible persons :ack2:

I did not pass an exam as i did not pass one part of it (the overall-mark was sufficient...) I have never heard of this regulation befor. And the best thing about this is that I wouldn't know this if I wouldn't have asked a responsible staff member. We just not get the information we need....but I already contacted the student council :rant:


but i am fit again, I did sport yesterday and the day before. Today I have to learn but tomorrow I go again and on friday ;p
 
That is really unlucky about that exam! I do hope you get it sorted.

How are you doing with the diet now?? I seem to be at a stand still and need some motivation...
