I want to look good when getting my Bachelor degree

ha, guess what: I stickt to the plan today... i still have 700 calories to eat which seems to be enough for the dinner :hurray: and I will do sports in the evening as well so I could eat even more, but I wont :biggrinjester:
and i finished the whole f*cking paper thing with all the references and stuff...I just have to submitt :toetap05: but I want to read trough it once more!

And the best: my best friend called me and said we need to do something during her holidays :cheers2: she got it....I was so angry with her :toetap05: never mind....seems that everything will work *g*

have a nice day ;)

the exact number is 1346 calories per day (+ the calores from sport I sometimes use ;) ) it is calculated on the basis of my higth, weigth, age and generall level of activity by a German website....but I am quite sure there are similar websites in English ;) The number of calories decreases when I put in my new weigth every friday (as long as I loose weigth of course ;) )

That is very precise, lol! Yes, I use a similar website here in the UK. I am still breastfeeding so I get to add 3-500 kcals per day for that, whohooo! :) Plus and exercise ones! :) Only problem is that breastfeeding makes me hungry!

Hm what about eating just after breastfeeding? I don't know as I have no experience with breastfeeding or at least pregnancy and other related stuff ;)

Today I submitted the paper (it took me about an hour due to the fact the safe assignment we have to use did not work -_-) and I stickt to my calories (10 are left -_-) aaand I did sport....although it was really hard I was not motivated but I did the crosstrainerthing for an hour as usual, but seriously this time it was really hard :biggrinjester:

have a nice evening

Ha great 23% matching in the paper...how does that come? I worry a little about that....however we will see I can not change it anyway ;)

Today was good, although I had to get up at 7 (the last 3 weeks were like: getting up between 10 and 12 and getting to bed between 1:00 and 5:00 in the morning...it's crazy)
It was nice to meet the other students from the international classroom....but guess what, most are German. not that I don't like Germans (how could I?) but they all have this horrible German accent when talking englisch :ack2: seriously...I hate it and I hope that I do not have that kind of accent :leaving: seriously...that time I'll notice I have it I will stop talking englisch for the rest of my life

Till now I sticked to the calories and I have about 500 for dinner...we will see if this works :coolgleamA: I have some tomate sauce left over and I am going to do something with chicory...see if it works (and tast *ehem*) and I will certainly have to make some rice or pasta for my boyfriend or he will kill me (a meal without meat is horrible enough for him....but just vegetables and sauce....thats not what works for him :waving:)

have a nice evening ;)

LOL. .sounds like my husband, If there are veggies or No meat he will throw a fit..LMAO

Personally I kinda like the accent ;D It adds character! We are all different and that is the way it should be. I know a little bit of German but I butcher it so I feel I shouldn't even try. When we go out and I try my German they just kinda snicker at me. . LOL. .hey I am at least trying ;D

Good job sticking to your calories! I have no idea how to count calories! Sounds like a huge headache to me.

No its not, it is the most easiest way I can imagin ;) You just have to put your food on a scale and as you have for most things the calories per 100g you can really easy calculate how much you eat ;)

Maybe I hate the German accent as I am German ;) I really like the english accent of Dutch people, it sounds nice ;) Bute the Dutch hate their accent....maybe it is all about this...I don't know ;)
But just try to speak German, I know nearly know one how would laugh if someone is not perfect in German ;) We have a lot of friends who work at the NATO Airbase next to my parents home...they are from all parts of the world (okay most are from US and Canada, but Sweden and Italy as well....) and they try to speak German really hard, and it works ;) Of course not perfect but at least they try ;)

Ha I lost about 700g this week....so all in all I lost 5.3 kg since New Year....I thougth I would loose about 3 till the end of January...it is great ;) However....it will not go this fast for the next 13 kg....would be great but I don't belive it will work like that....5 kg in one month is somehow impossible -_-

Well done on your loss!!! I noticed your ticker had gone down. You are doing so well!

I know all the be accent dilemma! I am Norwegian, but have lived in the UK for 13 years now. I still have a bit of an accent, but it is so weak that people often struggle to identify it. I do like having some though - it is part of my heritage and who I am, so I never try to get rid of it completely.

Have you got plans for the weekend now that your paper is in?

Just bumping your thread for you - you were down on page 4. You haven't forgotten all about your diet and diet buddies, have you? :p

Thanks ;)
No I didn't, I just wasn't online the whole weekend, although it was not a fantastic weekend....it was somehow boring and frustrating however...a new week will start tomorrow and at least next week friday I want to have under 70kg on the scale (I don't mind if it is just 69.9 :p)

Have a nice week ;)

It is so great to cross those big mileposts, isn't it? I am 70.5kg now, so I too hope to cross into the magic 60-something very soon!

How tall are you? What BMI would you be at your goal weight???

Your doing great way to stay on track!!! I am glad I am not the only person who is using the metric system.LOL
I left Germany in September after living there for 8 years. Which is part of the reason I am trying to get back in shape after devouring everything in site,Keep up the good work.

*g* thanks a lot ;)

My BMI is...uh I have to calculate it but I am 1,63 m "high" (actualy I am small :p) which is about 64 inches or 5.3 foot

well and now I calculated the BMI:
I started with a BMI of about 28.6 (oh my worse...I was nearly obesed....)
Now I have a BMI of about 26.5 (uff....nearly normal weigth *g*)
And I want to have a BMI of about 20-22 (although I have I goal weigth I am not sure if I will feel comfortable with that....maybe I want to lose more or I am okay...we will see ;) )

Ha, I sticked to the calories and did sport and I was at University *g* I thougth this will be a bussy module after reading the module book, after attending the intro lecture and the tutorial I think it will be one of the laziest (is that rigth?) modules I ever had :smilielol5: Seriously, I have to prepare a research question for next tuesday....usually that is something we do in our programm within 15 minutes....we got an group assignment and we have about 1 month to finish it....just creating a poster about our research and how we would conduct it...as said before, we would do it within one week usually

I love international classroom :sifone: well maybe it will get more busy

and the best thing about that is: If I am not stressed (which is the normal case if I am in my original programm) I started eating...so hopefully I will loose a lot more weigth during this 2 month. The only possibility is that the Economics part will be hard work....but I don't think so at the moment ;)

I hope your interview went well! Working as a waitress should help you burn off some calories too ;)

That works well with you BMI then! I was worried you were going to stick skinny, but that sounds nice! I am aiming for about 22.5 - sort of middle of the healthy range, which I hope will leave me at the slim but with curves stage. Too skinny would not feel like me any longer - I am used to having my curves.

I know what you mean about stress affecting your eating too - I am just the same!

Oh it went quite well, next week wednesday I can work for 2 or 3 hours and then they decide ;)

Believe me, I would never get to skinny :coolgleamA: I love eating *g*

I just lost about 500g this week, but however it is a loss AND just rigth at the beginning I reminded my self that wigth loss is something which takes a long time.....but I am not that satisfied with "just" 500g....well see what will happen next week :seeya:

Hey girl! Congrats on the job!!! :hurray:

I was a waitress for a few years and let me tell you. .you do a lot of running around and your feet get so tired make sure you wear COMFY shoes!!! I was always in shape as a waitress. .

Sounds like you are rockin the boat. Keep up the good work!!!

you are right, slow and steady! I have a hard time keeping that in mind when it comes down to it.. lol

I know ;) I already did that for a year or something but I quitted when starting studying *g* So I will see if I like the Restaurant and the other people, cause if not I'll not doing it....it is just to have something else and not just university and of course to have a little extra money (which I will definitly invest in a lot of shoes or bags *lol*)

have a nice weekend ;)
