Therefore I have to loose about 18 kg (which is round about 40 pounds) in the next 1.5 years 
I started dieting (I hate call it dieting because I just started looking at my calories I consume every day and started to do more exercise...it is not a real diet it is more about changing my eating habits) 3 weeks ago and i lost already around 2 kg (which is round about 4 pounds).
For breakfast I had today 150g curd with 30g muesli (okay I got up really late as I wrote parts of my paper till 2 o'clock in the morning....so in fact it is more lunch than breakfast).
Now I am going to clean my flat a little bit, then I am going to do cardio training in the gym and
I really like being physically active, seriously. But sometimes I prefer to stay in bed...however, now I am awake so I can go 
In the evening I am invited to a fellow student...it is her last day here because she is leaving for her semester abroad. But as I eat that late breakfast I won't be hungry during the afternoon (and if I am I can have apples or other fruits or vegetables) therefore it is not that big issue to be invited for dinner
(and as I know she is vegetarian and does not cook really fatty it will all be allrigth
)
so see how it will work today....despite loosing weight I have to write the paper about the pharmaceutical market.....crazy, it is a real tough topic and unfortunately I am just allowed to write about 2500 words...not that much...

I did nothing yesterday and I have to finish it by next thursday 
and on the other his english is....lets call it more buisness like, and really really german kind of *g*
