i read somewhere that exercising twice a day gives u the benefits of exercising once a day for three months... IN THREE WEEKS!! and apparently, one of these sessions need not even be a full-fledged hour-long workout, a short 10minute intense aerobic session(like skipping, jogging...) is perfect. could this be true?
i read it in the fitness page of a reputed local newspaper, so it can't be bull****. but it does sound too good to be true... so... any theories?
