hi , im 17 and my exams are in like one and a half months, i used to go gym ever other day but now cause of my exams i can only go like once or twice a week and i wanted to know would i lose alot of muscle mass cause ive worked so hard to get to where i am and i dont wanna lose it
. im like 149lb i have some weight at home which i can use to get some definition every other day or i can go to the gym and hit the heavy weights once or maybe twice a week. which one will i be better off doing ?
