i need some serious advice

hi , im 17 and my exams are in like one and a half months, i used to go gym ever other day but now cause of my exams i can only go like once or twice a week and i wanted to know would i lose alot of muscle mass cause ive worked so hard to get to where i am and i dont wanna lose it :(. im like 149lb i have some weight at home which i can use to get some definition every other day or i can go to the gym and hit the heavy weights once or maybe twice a week. which one will i be better off doing ?

pls give me some advice,

Just eat right, and eat enough and you'll keep almost all of your gains.
 
hey gunit, i went through exactly the same thing last year when i done my exams, but dont sweat it, if you lose a little mass so what, you only get one chance to do exams, you have the rest of your life to gain as much mass as your genes dictate
 
exactly the same as my mate said u have 1 chance to do ur exams but i have all my life to gain the muscle , exams are the piority right now
 
If you keep your diet up and do full body's 2x a week, you won't lose anything. I've actually gained with 2x full body's/wk.
