Ive always been a bit fat, and even if i work out it never seems to go away i just gain muscle, i was a wrestler in highschool but now that im in college I have been stuck doing tons of work and no real gym to go to. I do go to martial arts 3 times a week but it dosent seem to be helping me lose weight even though i work really hard, and I regulate my calorie intake every day so it dosent seem to be that eighter, does anyone have any good fat burning techniques or ideas. thank you very much
