i have to finish what i've started part 2

I forgot.... Today when my husband got home he asked me why i was so sad. when i told him i was sad because i was going to miss him he said that i should be happy he's getting so much overtime. I asked why and he said because he's going to need the extra money to buy me a whole new wardrobe when I lose this weight!! :)

that's why i love him. :)
 
Sorry things aren't going your way at the moment. Its good that your husband has a new job but sucky that he has to work night shifts. Hopefully this is won't be for long and you'll be snuggling up to him soon! I think with all that has happened over the last week you have been doing really well, its very easy to cave into temptation when things in your life aren't going well and you have managed to resist. I think thats an amazing achievement. Keep it up :)
 
Thanks Rubber Duckie... :) I have tried extra hard to avoid stressed out temptation!

I promise today there will be no complaints...:)

Woke up and NO HEADACHE!!! For the first morning since Monday I have no headache. I'm so happy!! :) I guess I will be off and exercising soon. Isn't too humid out yet so I want to get it in before it's unbearable! :)
 
Sounds like you have good support from both husband and dog:)

Thanks! My husband is pretty awesome and my dog, well, he's more motivated to exercise than I will ever be so it works! :D If he didn't whine at the door everyday I'm not sure that I'd go on that jog/walk with him.

I'm doing very well so far and I just hope I can keep it that way!!

So far so good! No bad food for me today!! That's saying a lot too! I have been awake for what seems like an eternity and bored out of my mind. I went walking outside for a while but the humidity was getting to me! 2 more hours until my hubby comes home... hopefully he will have tomorrow off. :)
 
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BORED! All I can think about is how I want to eat something but that's because I am bored. It's only 6am... at least I have my aim friend!! She's awesome;)
 
ok... I exercised today and even lifted some weights. I feel good about staying on track. yay me! now all i have to do is keep myself entertained until 6. my inlaws are still out of town so i cant go over there... man, not knowing anyone in a new place stinks! at least i don't have ice cream in the house! :)
 
LOL, keep up the good work! You could always try to think of some extra goals for this next week.....That might keep ya busy for oh, a minute or two. :D

Thanks.... hahaha. So far I have cleaned out my closets. Rearranged cupboards and done all the laundry that could possibly be done. Man.... it's only 1 pm!!!!
 
Ok... bad news. I ate an unhealthy meal and drank soda! NO! It's alright though. My stomach is so upset right now I don't think I will be straying from the healthy track for a while. I literally feel sick! So I guess that's the end of week one of my new plan to lost it all! Staying up late tonight to get my husband on track to start the graveyard shift. I'm tired already and I have to stay up until 5 am! My goal is to not snack on anything in the mean time!
 
Alright... going to write down my goals for next week...

1. Exercise at least five days out of the week. This includes my new Carmen Electra tape (thanks Miho <-- that's what danny is calling you hahaha) and a 45 min jog/walk with my dog in the morning.
2. NO soda!! No matter what.
3. Stick to healthy foods.
4. Weigh myself only of FRIDAY

Alright... not that hard. The thing I will have the most trouble with is the weighing myself thing. I am so obsessed with the scale. I am a scale addict!!! Good Luck to me next week.:) Good Luck to everyone else as well!
 
Your goals look great, stick with them and the weight will be flying off! I have had to pack my scales away because I am becoming obsessed with them too. Its a great feeling when they are going down but I jumped on mine this morning and I had put on 2 pounds - guessing its water weight (well I hope it is) but still feel terrible even though I haven't cheated my diet at all.

If you haven't been drinking soda for a while, thats exactly what happens. Your body react like its poison. I know, I've been sodafree for a loong time, so I've tried that too. But in the end you don't even want to drink it, I don't like the taste anymore, so water is just as good for me. In other words in can only go one way (for those in doubt: the right way:)
But don't feel bad about the slip up, you sound motivated and not like you're ready to throw in the towell! Good luck on the weeks agenda/goals:)
