I have offically hit my lowest point

sorry not been on in a while guys- had a load of family events birthdays, chrisnings and an engagment party and i pretty much had a break for 2 weeks- but back on the wagon today. im 3lbs up so 15 6 now- which is not bad considering the pig i made of myself and all the alcohol i drank

ill keep my ticker as it is because those 3lbs will be gone next week i promise
 
Welcome back. I've been away myself for pretty much 2 week. I was working, moving (so no internet for a week) and now I'm sick! So hopefully I feel better soon so I can get back to working out, I feel too horrible right now to do anything. I'm just making it through work... barely!

im back. ive dispappeared into my old habits AGAIN and have gone up a stone. im now back at 227lbs (16 stone 3) but i will pull myself out of this.

i am bridesmaid at a wedding in october and was fitted for my dress last week and the size 20 wouldnt go up on me, there was a fright i tell you, the thought of me waddling up the aisle scares the hell outta me.

so heres to me:) hoping that i will cop on this time:(

my aim is to lose 4lbs this 1st week as the 1st weeks losses are always big

Just read the first and last pages of your diary. You were doing so well, so just take this latest setback as temporary madness :) and get back to the way you were before. You have proved that you know how to lose weight so get on to the next stage of making it a life time commitment not a diet and if you do pig out then rather than stress over it and end up eating even more just get back straight on with it as if it is day one again.
Good luck, you CAN do it

Weigh Day Tips

The night before –

• Eat light
• Shower, scrub hard – no dead cells need to be weighted
• Wash hair - dirt weights
• Shave - everything you feel comfortable shaving
• Trim your nails- they can only drag you down
• Remove nail polish – who needs extras on the scale
• Pluck eyebrows – you don’t think hair weights?
• Scrub the scales – you never know something could have spilled and stuck

The morning of –
• Dust the scales – something could have drifted down during the night
• Strip – this should go without saying
• Pee – let’s eliminate anything from the body that is willing to go
• Comb hair – brush away all loose strays
• Remove all jewelry – look good later
• Clean wax from ears – the better to hear your screams, either in joy or agony
• Remove sleep from eyes – can you tell I am getting desperate?
• Blow your nose – no telling what’s up there
• Remove glasses or contacts – you may not want to see what the scales says anyway
• Spit – it’s nearly all you have left
• Take a deep breath, then let it out! – Air has to weigh something
• Pray

This is a hard one to call. i have been working my big butt off exercise wise this week and ive been very good on my diet. im feeln v diff in a certian pair of jeans so fingers crossed:)
