I have a dream - Camy's new diary

Food yesterday:
breakfast: yoghurt with cornflakes, 1 apple
Lunch: medium salad with some cheese in it
Snack: soy latte
Dinner: 1 plate of pasta with fresh cherry tomatoes and some cheese, 1 big tangerine

Exercise: walked for an hour

Food today:
breakfast: 4 rice cakes, dry
Lunch: pasta with tomato and mushroom sauce
Dinner: hamburger in GF bread, salad

Exercise: 90 minutes contempoary dance

Will buy some scales today so that I can participate in the 6 weeks to x mas challenge.

Got the flu and that sort of intervened in my plans yesterday as it reared its ugly head just as I was getting ready for dancing. It is not the worst flu, just a headache, throatache, stomach unease (no vomiting, no diarrhoea just sort of unwellness), and feeling tired. Very low grade fever.
Anyhow I did not dance, ate a couple of hamburger patties when I got hungry and otherwise just drank tons of tea and vit c.

Today I am just lying here pondering life.
Breakfast: 1 yogurt with some chocolate sprinkles
Lunch: asparagus and a hamburger patty (those things come in packs of 4)
Dinner: japanese (I have my class meeting)
