i have 2 months

In two months i must be 163lbs. I am currently 170lbs 5'9 . I made a bet with a freind that when i graduate which is in 2 months i will be 163 so i must win.. loser is the other persons slave for 1 day. I am doing this for myself mostly just got the bet as encouragment.
I planed to do cardio only but "evolution" inspired me to do weights too. I started yesterday but imma start posting tommarow.

Goals : for 2 months
current bench : 195lbs
goal: 250lbs
current 2hand curl: 95lbs
goal: 150
current weight: 170lbs
goal: 163
 
today was my weight lifting day. I cannot really list them good but ill try my best.

bench decline: 155lbs 10x3
push ups : did pyramide 12 and back to 1
flys: 25x3

tricepts( i dont know whats it called help me out... its when you put some weight over your head and lift it back up to work your tri's) 15x 4
back muslce( i dont now whats it called also.... its when you pull the bar down while your sitting down.) 30x 3
1 arm curls: 20x5

if you guys can help me out with these names it would be helpfull i dont know what there called.
I know i should work out my legs but i dont like it.... the only time i work out my legs is when i run a couple miles.
... for my food intake
1500-1800cal
35-50g fat
100-150g carbs
100-200g protien

I am 5'9 also looking to be 163 by my graduation, which is april 28. I am heavier though, right now at 179. This is the lowest I have weighed in a while. I started at 150, went up to 223 and have been trying to get back down for 3 years!! We can help eachother if you want. I have a problem with eating to much, and whenever I do good, someone buys junk food!! WELL, GOOD LUCK.

crunches: 200
leg rises: 30
side crunches( each side):100

Im starting to get a lower bf i think.....
 
day 3: didnt do much because i was still sore.

bench: 10x3

fly's: 20x3

curls: 20x5

overhead extensions: 20x4

lat pull downs: 35x3

it seems as if im getting heavier.... i gianed 1lb. Is it becuase i intake too much protien? or drink too much milk? Or is it just the workout im doing..... I dont wanna be buff i just wanna be lean, cut. any comments?
 
If it's weight you're looking to lose, I'd cut out the milk or cut down on the milk. I also wouldn't worry about gaining a pound here and there because you'll lose more pounds than gain with your amount of calories.

Be patient:)

And remember, you're supposed to be pulling the morning cardio and evening weight training or HIIT.
 
thx evo. Maybe i should cut down on the milk hehe 1/2 of milk is like 3lbs already without counting food intake.....Well i hurt my knee agian and i cant walk that good... so i have to cut down on my running for at least 3 weeks to see if it gets better.

Day 4: cardio:

crunches:200

leg rises: 30

side crunches( each side): 100

day: 6 weight lifting. I was extremly lazy and didnt do much...

bench: 135lbs..8x3 155lbs...8x3 165lbs...8x3

Fly's: 15x4

overhead extensions: 15x3

lateral pull downs: 30x3

curl's: 15x4

worked my forearm.... i dont know whats the name for that.

dips: 15

ive noticed a increase in my benching.... but the fact that my sholders still hurt ( i had both of them sprianed 1-2 months ago) i cannot do many dips or i get a major pain. ive dropped my reps a little and added more weight.

i gained like 2-3 lbs but its prabably cuase i drank too much millk.. i stopped now. Ive completly lost my stomach but still have some love handles. Overall i am impressed with myself but i guess it how you look that counts not how much you weigh....

damn i was mad at my gf... so i went to work out some more like 3 hrs later.

bench 175lbsx8 175lbs... 5x2 155lbs x10
curls: 20repx5
try extensions: 20x2

yes!!! i woke up at 169lbs this morning. My progress is going amazingly fast.... i hope i can keep it up. ill post my cardio later on.
 
day 7 cardio:

walked for 30min

weighted sit-ups 20x2

sit-ups: 100

crunches: 200

side crunches: 100

leg rises: 15

couldnt do more cuase i went out with my bro to shoot some pool.

It seems like you do almost the same thing every time you lift, why not switch it up a little and do different things?
 
I havent really been posting my work out routine because it is basically the same and i just increase the weights. I can say i gianed 4lbs but of pure muslce. I lost so much fat off my body that i am amazed. My stomach is gone and some muscle is actually showing. I went from benching 195lbs to 215. My arms are bigger and cutter. I am overall happy with my work out. I could not have done it without my diet tho. it was an important facter. I am no where near done working out. I am like 2/10 there. I am really busy, i have school during the day and work during the night. I still manage 1hr a day of workout. Its hard but i plan to keep it up. I cant wait till summer comes to fresno california. :) ill post my before and after pics as soon as im rdy to show my body. Wish me luck!!
 
**** yea!!! i just benched 225lbs ( max bench 2 reps ) coming from 195lbs. :) :) :) :D :D .... I did that increase in 1 month !! Thats awesome im super happy.
