There is no way I would have attempted that walk Cate if I wasn't on here.
Walked to ASDA (part of the Walmart) group this morning to get some fresh cauliflower and broccoli for tonight’s tea. I have the frozen, but like to buy fresh fish fruit and veg at least once a week. Anyway I saw a jogging top, a couple of smaller sizes than I usually buy but it looked as if it might fit and was reduced from £16 to £2. Criminal to leave it there wasn’t it? I bought it, tried it on, and it fitted well, with room for a sweater on underneath. So I must be a bit thinner, or less fat, than I thought.
This afternoon I went to my ‘Knit & Natter Circle’. It’s a crafting group, we’re all ages and we can take our own crafting along or learn a new skill. I have learned tatting, but I’m awfully slow. Although I still take my share of cakes (I made Teisen Lap, a welsh fruit cake, and a Victoria sandwich cake as my contribution) I don’t eat any cake or biscuits at tea time. I take fruit. I treated myself to 2 pumpkin peaches delicious with a cup of tea, or coffee for that matter.
Anyway, I have some fish in the oven cooking in coriander and lime (limes were on special.) After tea which you call dinner I’m putting my feet up infront of the TV
